Do not buy from here, fake fake fake, not even a good copy, complete and utter rubbish, avoid!!!

DO NOT BUY! Fake website copying famous items, when ordering you will receive an unwearable piece of plastics with awful colors, smelling bad, sent from Karachi In Pakistan. Not what I was supposed to receive. I should have checked on trustpilot before buying... Lost 80 euros. This company is not based in UK at all

DO NOT BUY. this website looked legit. I ordered a coat that looked lovely in the picture. It arrived and looked so cheap despite good reviews. And was the wrong colour. I then tried to return it but was offered 30% refund and this slowly went up to 85% after many emails back and forth and excuses from the seller saying they couldn’t print a label for me. Definitely a scam

Do not buy from this company. The colours of sweater I ordered were murky and not bright as I was expecting. I wish I had read their reviews before I bought this oh well, lesson learned, of it goes to the charity shop.

Why on earth didn't I look at Trustpilot before ordering. After a number of emails and phone calls regarding a hoodie from Famous Jackets after an error on my part of ordering the wrong colour but immediately correcting mistake, three emails and two phone calls later (from them) was told it had been corrected. Arrived today wrong. Don't order from this site

They sold me a hoodie and it arrived not as described at all. Did ask to return but had emails asking if I will accept 75% refund as they haven’t got a return warehouse!

Omg I could cry! Total scam, horrible cheep jacket arrived instead of a cardigan. I’ve emailed them so now awaiting a response. But after reading some of these comments I’ll be lucky to hear from them. Wish I would have checked here first!

Avoid avoid rip off the cheapest crap I've ever bought wanted monica yellow stone cardigan it not even wool it bloody cheap material I want a full refund !!!!!!!!! Also just tried the number it doesn't exist wish I had looked at reviews before I parted with my money as there is nowhere to even send this back

No customer service, don’t reply to emails and telephone number does not exist. Poor quality garments that are not worth the money and not as advertised. I’ve only given them 1 star as it wouldn’t post the review without it

Purchased an item after seeing advertised on the website that they have (and I quote ) an ‘easy 30 day returns’ policy but when I tried to return this changed to seven days - I may report to trading standards for this.
I have never written a good or bad review before but this just took the biscuit

I bought the blade runner jacket which was described as a warm winter jacket. Once I received it I discovered it was made from the thinnest material known to man. The description stated it was a fleece lining with fow fur collars. Never were true. An absolute disgrace of a company. I now need to send the product back plus 30 dollars postage.
I've since read that it's common for the company to say that they haven't received it, resulting in further costs.
This company should be brought to rights.

I talked to John, he said the jacket was make at their manufacturing company in Illinois. Well it came from Pakistan. It had a horrible smell, and it was really, really big. I filled our the form on Famous Jacket sight, to get an MRA# so I could sent it back. I even emailed them, and the email was returned, with no such email. I talked to John on the 3rd, of Feb., and he said he would email me the MRA# for a return. So, I m getting no where with these people. I would not recommend these people. Buyer be ware.

Product is good but takes time to ship. I got frustrated because of a lack of communication from them, but over 2 weeks after the order they delivered.

This super online store is very reliable, I bought Red Color jacket in Valentine for my BF and he was very happy when i give him. I will come again soon. Love you FAMOUS JACKET :)
