I approached his lawfirm as they dealt with abuse cases. I approached Farley, 5/6 years ago and still no decision. On my case I'm still waiting. I was promised a copy of my files so that I could go through them and still to this day I do not have my files. I've tried to make a formal complaint. Farley solicitors website does not have a complete section. When I called them to discuss. I was told I would need to speak to a lady called Debbie King about my complaint I'm still waiting to speak to this lady my experience of 5 to 6 years has not been pleasant. When you call to speak to the lawyer that's support. In your case they're never available. You have to book a telephone appointment weeks in a head to speak to the Lawyer . Avoid this law firm, as there are much better lawfirms out there with a heart and compassion to support you not from this law, firm, the money, greedy, hungry takers. Avoid at all costs.

Can’t rate Farley’s highly enough Jonathan bridge an his team helped me from start to finish an got me the result I deserved they very kind and easy to talk to 10 out of 10 I was abused by my adoptive mother beaten an humiliated on a daily basis looked in a room with an alarm on the door the door handle was removed from the other side so I could not get out she even took the light bulb away so I was in complete darkness I was terrified all the time deprived of food an water never knowing when the next beating was coming eventually I was took into the care systems at 11 years old I started doing drugs an alcohol I was completely out of control I stopped going to school an just got high all the time because it took all the pain away eventually at age 27 I was nearly dead I went in to a police station an reported what had happened an it all started from there my adoptive mother was jailed for a year for the abuse she should have got longer but she was old so they went a bit easier on her but the prison sentence sent her insane an she died not long after getting out of prison meanwhile Jonathan bridge had been fighting for me since 2013 10 long years overcoming every hurdle that was put in his way I am now set up for the rest of my life I received nearly 250 thousand pounds from the CICA I can now buy my house an get on with my life as best I can this would not have been possible without Jonathan bridge an Farley’s he is the best in the business at dealing with child abuse cases thank u farlys

Beware NOT trust with ur documents will NOT read will NOT return or pay postage try to get extortionate amount for an unknown barrister for what was unproven. Instead waste time witholding vital and overdue evidence. Are useless only after your money Dont trust.

Sadly I did not have a great experience with this organization. I selected them as an unknown as they were on the my mortgage providers panel but they were really disappointing compared to the standards of other solicitors I am accustomed to from start through to complaint review.

Definitely some good solicitors there but if the alarm bells go early with communication, walk away quickly.

I approached Farley’s solicitors in 2016 presenting a very difficult case. I had been abused by my father whilst in social services care(I was a ward of the court until I reached 18)
I did not know that this meant my social services records by law have to be kept by the government for 99 years.I also
found out I could request them so I did.
I then decided after reading my 9 files to approach Johnathan.
From the start Johnathan was so easy to talk to I don’t know how he got through the first phone call!!!!
Johnathan and his team got straight to it, they are so professional and I don’t just mean the job. There compassion,empathy,understanding and so much more I will never forget.

I don’t know where to start in providing this review, I have so much gratitude to the team at Farleys Solicitors. They are a hard working group of people who have made it their life long mission to get the much owed and deserved compensation of many victims(me being a victim myself).

I was in an abusive home being abused by a child rapist, pedophile scumbag: I was often physically beaten. This had affected me in many negative and long term ways.

When social services got involved and could clearly see that I was in an environment which was beyond a reasonable doubt an abusive one. Social services refused to remove me from the abusive custody of my father and to a lesser extent my mother.

I suffered from a young age and was left in that environment for many more years causing me much emotional, psychological and physical pain, damage and trauma in many forms.

When I was eventually removed and put into care where I started to get the help I needed and had an abuse free place to live: shortly after this a civil case was opened on my behalf, the case was against the local authority which willingly and knowingly let me suffer(for what reason I don’t actually know, but that doesn’t matter).

Farleys Solicitors and their amazing team fought tooth and nail to get me what I was owed, they fought this war for 10 years or more(I think, but I know it’s close to 10 years at least since I was a child at the time of the case opening) and during this time they did not flag or fail. They were determined in every way imaginable. They are compassionate, kind and genuinely good humans. They are the best at their line of work, they are perfect at what they do. If you are a victim of anything and want to be helped in whatever way imagine in the form of legal aid, these people are the ones I would without a doubt recommend.

My case has just settled and they have secured me my future, without them I would barely survive. But because of them(Farleys Solicitors) I shall thrive for the rest of my life, I shall lack for absolutely nothing and it is all owed to the best of the best: Farleys Solicitors.

I have been using Farleys solicitors for the past 4 years to successfully hold to account the wrongdoings of my local authority whilst in their ‘care’. Apparently if you don't accept their quote you can't discuss the quote they send you.

I paid £2000, for nothing, they were so slow they cost me the sale of a property and charged me £1000 for the pleasure. I got charged another £1000 for a new lease that was required by the third party and despite numerous requests for the lease I have never received it. Do not sell or buy a business via Hylton Smythe and use Farleys as a recommended solicitor. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never answered or returned calls but were quick enough when they wanted money.
