Terrible. No one checked the orders for days. Despite paying for fast delivery no approval and no dispatch .

The order took several days to be approved and more than 48 hrs to arrive despite me paying for 24 hr delivery. I highlighted this to Farmeci and was told I'd get a refund of the postage; this has not happened.

Ordered Mounjaro through this pharmacy on the 13th and honestly, the experience this far has been disappointing
After placing my order, I received a message saying I didn’t meet the criteria so had to provide waist measurements. I responded promptly to clarify that I have PCOS (a recognised comorbidity when prescribing) and a BMI of 27.2, which actually does meet their own stated eligibility requirements
Since then… nothing. Over 24 hours later and I’ve had no response at all and I am close to cancelling as I wanted to receive and start my MJ this week.
What makes this worse is that their terms state they may charge up to £40 if you cancel your order, yet the delay and lack of communication is entirely on their side. It feels very unfair to potentially charge customers when they haven’t even completed the review process or provided any response to my several messages. I, like previous reviewers, tried calling several times throughout the working day and there was no answer.
At this point I’m stuck waiting, whilst £117 down, with no clarity on whether my order will be approved or if I’ll be forced to argue a cancellation fee.
Communication and turnaround times need serious improvement. If you’re going to offer a clinical service, you need to actually respond to patients in a reasonable timeframe.

Terrible customer service. Left waiting with no communication after placing order. Order was not despatched. No response on chat. When I called at 9.45am, I received a message that they were closed and only open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Asked for a full refund and now have to wait up to 10 working days for that. Look beyond their cheap prices - you get what you pay for and in this case, its zero customer service!

I was unable to get my prescription due to my estrogen, however after consulting my doctor I was advised I'm perfectly fine to get it. Now I'm in the process of getting somewhere else.
