The Fascia Division Avis

I would thoroughly recommend the Fascia Division. I'm absolutely delighted with the quality and finish of the Fascia's, soffit's and guttering they installed at my property in Dorset.

They were a pleasure to deal with and the installation guys were friendly, efficient and took genuine pride in their work, which is reflected in the quality and finish.

We had a great experience from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff have been polite, friendly and helpful. The work was completed to a very professional standard. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend this company.

Further to my review on 7 September. The company apologised for the oversight & Director Tony pulled out all the stops to rectify the situation. Many thanks. Scaffolders & installation team arrived 10/9 and work satisfactorily completed 11/9
In the circumstances I am happy to withdraw my earlier comments and rating

We gave the company 5 stars because the work was done to a very high standard.and we could see a difference.

They removed items straight away that was taken off from the building and they left everything clean and tidy, and this is the way thing should be done when a company is working for you.

A very professional and quality service

Outstanding company, installation, guys that do the work and the price. From the moment I originally called to the day of completition it was so easy. The work is guaranteed for 10 years. I would highly recommend as the quality and service is 10/10.

Absolutely outstanding. From the initial contact, the representative Mark Beetlestone came and measured, provided a fair quote with no sales tactics, and gave me sheer confidence in the company. On the day of the install Lee, Andy, Steve and Carl worked extremely hard and had 75% of the job done, even in the scorching heatwave. Job was completed shortly after lunch on day 2, to a very high standard. It looks impeccable. A 10 year warranty on the works is absolute peace of mind and a testament to the confidence this company has on the quality of the products and workmanship. Thanks so much

Quick and efficient and easy to get hold of! They also did a great job when it came down to it and even didn't fix what didn't in the end need fixing, saving me £500 off the job! Would recomment, went out of their way to live up to their reputation, this is a hrad working crew!

This company provided what they promised, the quality of the finish is excellent. The two young fitters were very polite and nothing was too much trouble, they cleaned up every day and took away all the rubbish. The weather was very unkind with massive downpours one minute and sunny the next, they worked hard through it all. I would highly recommend Facsia Division

They were able to be flexible with the start date so that they started after new window fitting. Similarly then accommodated a pause in fitting due to needing a bee’s nest removal.
Both onsite guys were friendly and polite and did a lovely job.
Very pleased with the outcome.

The Fascia Division replaced my windows and fitted two Rock doors. The quality of the products is excellent, but what really made the job was the superb installation team. It was an absolute pleasure to have Mark and his son working in my house. I always pick up the smallest details on anything that is not quite right when a contractor does work in my home, but this was not the case with Fascia Division, so it was a stress free enjoyable experience, all fully supported by the two company owners, Tony and Tony from initial advice, showroom visit, quotation, supervisory visits and final inspection prior to payment. A very professional company that I highly recommend.

The experience from the Fascia Division was first class for initial contact, quotation, through to the work being completed on site. All interactions were courteous and highly professional. The on site team were very polite and tidy and the quality of the work is excellent. Overall, a great service, very highly recommended.

We recently had the cladding on the front of our house completed by The Fascia Division and are extremely pleased with the results. From start to finish, the installers were very professional and knowledgeable, clearly taking pride in their work and happy to answer any questions we had along the way.

The team were pleasant and courteous throughout the job. They worked efficiently and kept everything exceptionally tidy at all times, which we really appreciated.

The finished work looks fantastic. We would recommend The Fascia Division to anyone looking for high-quality workmanship.

Excellent service, very pleased with the results. Would recommend to anyone needing this type of work.

The team were great, friendly explained what they were doing. Corrected any problems they found. Garden left clean and tidy.
It pays to reward with coffee
I would very much recommend this company

We contacted the Fascia Division regarding the replacement of our gutters and downpipes. Unfortunately, due to timing constraints, we were unable to proceed with them.

That said, I would still like to leave a review. Mr Triston and the Fascia Division customer service team were of a very high standard. The provided quotation was detailed and professional, with helpful videos explaining their process and approach.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to carry out work on gutters and downpipes.

Great service from start to finish. Really pleased with the quality of the work and the politeness of the installation team.

This is a really good company, I would definitely recommend them.
From start to finish, getting quotes and finalising the deal with Mark to having the 4 man team come round to do the job I was really pleased.
They did the whole house in a day.
And they were reasonably priced too which is good.
Excellent job.

Cannot recommend this company enough. We needed the mock tudor replacing on our house, Mark came out to us for a quote and was really helpful and showed us samples of the materials, and was a lot more informative than some of the other quotes we had received. The guys who did the work were great and finished within 3 days. The finished product looks great, we are so happy with it. The communication with Mark and Tony throughout was great and they were very understanding whenever we had any concerns.

The leaking flat roof over the toilets of our village hall was replaced with a new warm roof, waterproofed with torch-on bitumen felt that covered the entire roof and the surrounding coping stones.

Dave and Dan were both polite and hardworking, and the work was completed on schedule and within the cost estimate, even though the extent of the wet rot was far worse than originally thought.

The high level of insulation has transformed the previously cold, damp space, making it much easier to stay warm.

I would highly recommend the Fascia Division for all roofing work.
