We purchased a waistcoat online, when it arrived it was too small. We took it back to the shop for an exchange, the guy in the shop exchanged the waistcoat without any hesitation. Fantastic clothing, great customer service, well done.

Can't comment on my purchase as I'm away with work and not seen it yet. That being said, I sent emails regarding my purchase and got prompt replies and delivery was quick and it looks well packaged.

Always a pleasure doing business with this company. Great service level and good quality products

Always fast & reliable service. Good prices on good quality items.

Makes a lovely gift for a bike enthusiast. Great quality, service and delivery

I emailed Fat Skeleton before purchasing, asking whether the shell size of the 2XL helmet would be the same as the XL helmet I had bought in the past, I was assured that they were the same! I purchased the helmet only to find the 2XL was considerably bigger than the XL ! I had to return the helmet as I do not want to ride with a MUSHROOM HEAD ! I had to pay the return postage! Fat Skeleton did not refund me for 18 days ! What a WASTE OF TIME ! Just tell customers the truth to begin with?

I recently bought a mystery box of past event t-shirts. I was not disappointed. There were 4 t-shirts of various events and colours. The service and delivery time was excellent as always. I have bought a number of different products in recent years and will no doubt buy more in the future. Great products at great prices with excellent service and communication.

Very good quality products. I also like the fact the director communicates with customers to show his appreciation for their custom. Nice touch. I will, I'm sure, be purchasing many other items in the future. Great company to deal with with many years experience in the motorcycling world.

The product I purchased ( Simpson venom helmet) is ace!
Great fit and looks the dogs!
Unfortunately the delivery was poor, it was delayed 9 times, despite numerous texts and emails saying it was due for delivery. It arrived around 10 days later than it should have been.

Very happy with the quality and fit of this product. I’ve yet to test it in the rain but by the looks of them they will be great.

10/10 as usual. Thanks to all the team @ Fat Skeleton.

Great service and loved the video from Paul. Made it very personal.

Great communication and great product and super fast delivery

As advertised. Thanks.

Bought some bifocal riding glasses. An awful lot cheaper than an optician quoted me for a comparative pair and equally as good. They are as described by Fat Skelton. Swift delivery.

One of the best customers services I’ve experienced for a first time buyer. Sent a personal video thanking me and got sent a 15% off code for my next purchase. Would recommend :)
