Wherever possible we always prefer to personally Road Test new gear before it becomes part of the range, as it gives us opportunity to not only make sure it’s fit for purpose & represents good value for your biking buck, but also so we can talk about the product from first hand knowledge & use. We don’t stock something just because it’s a supplier offers us or worse still was dumping it on the market at a cheap price, if we’re not happy with it, we don’t stock it….end of.

Firstly, great product, fast and safe delivery and amazing quality. The icing on the cake was the customer service. I had to return my first order due to size, and when I called, they sorted the return and replace in no time at all. They went out of their way to resolve my problem, and get a new helmet to me with a four day then round. So, great service, incredible customer service and amazing products. I will definitely get more gear from them. Thanks to all from Fat Skeleton

Daytona helmet
I had bought a Daytona open face helmet at the Scottish bike show years ago and I wanted another. Looked at the sizing and decided to take the risk and order another.
Ordered on the Monday and arrived Tuesday. I can't fault the service and glad I went by the sizing and not the same size I had bought before.

Said my item was shipped two days later refunded my money because they didn’t have the item.
Now in response to your reply that’s correct. You did message me and say the helmet was damaged and when I replied to you saying it makes no difference if it’s damaged or not because it’s for display purposes only and I was painting it you chose to ignore me which is strange considering you could’ve sold the helmet damaged at full price to someone who didn’t care it was damaged. You chose to ignore me so therefore my original comment of said it was dispatched two days later said you didn’t have the item stands correct because you lied he was damaged and then chose to ignore me

Well that's not quite right is it??
So everyone can judge the quailty of this reviewers honesty in leaving one star, here's the email we sent at 3.42pm on February 23rd 2026 explaining the reason behind the refund.

Perhaps we should have just sent him the faulty one than being 100% honest & transparent.
And as to the customer supposedly telling us it was display only, we have no record of that conversation.

Great service and product
I bought a pair of Daytona 24 EVA Foam Padded Reactalite glasses, really friendly and helpful service from Paul and they work really well, quick to shade and clear and work behind my helmet visor with no issues.

Not quite sure what quality you'd expect from a t shirt costing less than £17, (especially regarding the many 5 star reviews our t shirt range including this one gets with regards to t shirt & print quality), but like absolutely ANYTHING you buy from us & aren't 100% happy with, simply return it!!
