Fatchett & co provided an extremely efficient service for witnessing a "SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY" regarding my property sale in CYPRUS.
Few other soliciors, locally in BIRMINGHAM, were a able to do this without my havjng to visit the EMBASSY in LONDON.
Their fees were also very competitive.

Gareth was warm, friendly and vey professional. My documentation required both Notorising and Apostile Certification, which was made easier by Fatchetts being registered with the FCDO. I presented my documentation on a Friday and my fully certified copies were returned to me by post the following Wednesday. Brilliant fast and efficient service all around. Thank you Gareth.

My meeting at Fatchett & Co, took place early in the morning, of Saturday, 12 September at 9:30 am. I arrived ahead of schedule and was warmly greeted by Gareth. Initially, I was unaware that he served as the Notary Public. He appeared youthful, energetic, and pleasant. My past experiences with notary publics had involved elderly and formal individuals. Gareth invited me inside, and I promptly offered to take off my boots. I had brought along a pair of indoor slippers and shoe covers, having realised that the meeting was held in a residential office space. The house was beautiful, and the setting was exquisite. Although I was permitted to keep my boots on, I felt guilty as the floor was a stunning work of art. Gareth reviewed my documents and demonstrated remarkable sharpness. It did not take him long to understand my business, and he was respectful and not intrusive. He efficiently addressed my needs after noting that I required specific documents that he kindly downloaded from my phone and printed on single sheets. I was quite impressed by how he engaged with me, making me feel at ease without probing too deeply into my business, yet it was clear that he was astute and attentive. His follow-up advice was also excellent. He suggested that I should email the documents to my lawyer in the first instance, to obtain confirmation, before posting. Gareth scanned the documents to my inbox; making it easy for me to action. Overall, my experience rated a perfect 10 out of 10. I highly recommend their services and intend to utilise them again. Additionally, I left feeling uplifted; the environment provided a refreshing boost of energy; a stunning home!!

Excellent service. From my first contact with Stuart to arrange a Spanish POA they have been professional and friendly.
