Disappointing. I ordered an item which was available on the website in February. After not receiving the item within a week or two I contacted the company (via emails as directed on my confirmation email). After sending multiple emails I received an apology that the item was out of stock and it would be shipped in the near future. The company then proceeded to ignore all my other emails until late April. They have sent me a refund order email with no apology or explanation.

Arrived without damage and was a top gift

I posted a poor review due to the lack of response to my complaint regarding my order. However, Rob at the company recently got involved and within a few days, the situation has been resolved. Not just meeting my expectations, but surpassing them both communication wise and quality wise. Additional shirts arrived in Australia today and my husband is really pleased. Thank you for your very positive action.

Bit of a hick up with the delivery at first.

Items came well packaged, and as expected, the delivery took longer than advertised. It also took a few attempts for them to reply to my messages, but I understand that the order went in during a festive period, and holidays/excessive orders may have caused these niggles. Happy overall.
