Fay is WONDERFUL! There is a vast array of nutritionists with all different areas of specialty and expertise. Most insurances are accepted. The app is accessible and helpful and my experience so far has been nothing but POSITIVE. Highly recommend!

The friendly and knowledgeable nutritionist that I have is amazing. Love that my insurance covers my visits also love that they work with my schedule which is crazy but they are able to work things out for me. Recommend Fay Nutrition to anyone in need of assistance in that area.

Chelsea is very knowledgeable and professional yet personal. She takes time to ask questions and provides evidence based strategies and techniques to help in developing a new relationship with food. Having a journal to connect with her is also a plus.

Fay nutritionists will take better care of you than any gastroenterologist. They provide excellent holistic care and offer alternative solutions if something doesn't work for you.

My Fay Nutrition consultant deserves FIVE STARS!!! She has so many healthcare degrees, is knowledgeable, caring, professional & has helped me so much over the past 6 months! The Billing dept is NOT helpful! I was continuously billed for services that my insurance covered 100%. EACH session, I had to contest the bill. I finally contacted the better business bureau bc NO ONE from billing would take care of the billing issue. Fay Nutrition BILLING NEVER reached out to me even after I repeatedly asked to speak to someone in billing. They also asked for a donation when I signed up for services. To be fair, the billing dept refunded my donation and it APPEARS as if they finally rectified the "over billing." after my last session. But only bc I filed a complaint with the better business bureau! Apparently I am not the only person who has filed a complaint with Fay Nutrition BILLING We'll see if this issue is completely resolved....Do not let this review prevent you from signing up for Fay Nutrition services as I believe that my nutritionist/ consultant is well WORTH the billing hassle. Just be prepared for a fight in case you are overcharged! Thank you better business bureau and thank you Connie, my sweet nutritionist!!!

The Fay app is easy to use and working with a registered dietitian has improved my athletic performance tremendously!
