From booking my initial appointment and getting insurance to help me cover the cost the system has been super easy to use. My nutritionist is knowledgeable, personable and has helped me unlock my own bodies potential to really do this. I’ve lost 4 inches off my waist and I’m starting to notice that my body composition is changing. I love the journal feature to post pictures and share successes. I love how Fay is making a dream a reality.

Fay is an awesome platform! It made it easy to run an insurance check and set me up with my "out of this world" excellent dietician, Sara Young. She's the best! Fay creates a portal that allows Sara and I to communicate, plan, chat and set goals. I love this platform for my dietician and I !!!

No responses to scam donation they charged me!

I made my first appointment and decided to cancel after reading reviews. So I didn't ever see anyone. However, Fay charged me $8 for a "donation" without my consent. I've been trying to reach them for months and no one has ever gotten back to me. It's only $8 but it feels so shady to charge me without consent and then not respond to my inquiries!
