Felgains is a family business who understand individual needs. I had to get a chair for a relative and I live 250 miles away. They were efficient, friendly and amazing! The process of asking if it was possible to get her a chair that day started just after 10am and she was sitting in her new chair at 3.15pm, with the old one taken away! It only took this long as I was sorting the payment my end. So kind, helpful and thoughtful. Lovely chair and peace of mind knowing they aren't far away if my friend needs any help with it. I've been absolutely thrilled with my Robooter E60 since purchasing it in September.
It's given me a whole new lease of freedom, as I can now take the dog out on my own, confident that I'll be able to get up all the hills, kerbs and rough ground around us (West Yorkshire).
It's performed brilliantly on sheet ice, in the muddy woods, rain, over grass and potholed tracks...you can adjust the speed so you can race across the road or uphills nice and fast!
It charges quickly and the battery lasts for ages.
I feel so much more confident using this than my other wheelchair and so much more comfortable. It honestly feels like a lovely big armchair and the suspension is brilliant, so I don't exert as much energy as I did in my other wheelchair (such as leaning uphill or away form pavement cambers...or bracing myself for falling out when mounting a kerb!)
I opted for the heated seat and coffee cup holder, which have been very well used. I love the basket underneath aswell - I can now go to my local shop and fit a fair amount of shopping in the basket and the fitted bag on the back, which is great. (also good for keeping gloves/waterproof/hat,etc when you get caught out in the bad weather)
I've received lots of comments on the chair and have been recommending it to everyone I meet! The customer care from Felgains has been fantastic - they answered my many questions, before purchasing, with patience and goodwill and I felt entirely comfortable buying from them.
If you're looking for a sturdy, reliable, attractive wheelchair that copes really well with hills, kerbs and rough ground, I would say invest in one of these - you won't be disappointed.

Felgains are a really good company. They sold us an excellent, light-weight mobility scooter at a competitive price. We had an issue with our first demo scooter and they efficiently upgraded that to a newer later model with just a small price increment.I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I bought a brand new Robooter E60 Pro wheelchair from Felgains in July, after speaking with them regarding the best chair for me to travel with. Before buying the chair my calls and emails were always answered promptly. The day the chair was being delivered, Barry from Felgains emailed me to say there might not be a charger in the box but they would send one asap. I did think it odd cause it's a new chair from the manufacturer but as I haven't bought an electric wheelchair before I don't have experience.
The chair arrived and as soon as my partner and daughter opened the box I said"that's not new" there were stones stuck in the wheels & the wheels were dirty. Once the chair was out of the box, it was very obvious it wasn't new.
There was indeed no charger, the booklet had pages turned over at the corner, it was obviously thumbed through. The polystyrene was filthy where the chair had been and the chair was marked and scratched, not what you expect for a £4,500 new wheelchair.
After watching a video from the manufacturer on what's in the box, it was very obvious this was second hand even if the chair hadn't been obviously used. I contacted Felgains immediately and was told they'd get back to me, I waited hours for a reply and when it came I was told the chair was in fact second hand it had been returned by another customer!! I was absolutely furious, they MUST have known this was not a new chair, I knew as soon as the lid was removed from the box.
I contacted Felgains again the morning after and explained I would like a full refund, this was at 9am and it took them until that evening to get back to me, this was after ignoring my calls and emails all day and my daughter ringing them too.
When they finally got back to me, they said they would get the wheelchair collected but as it was evening by now it wouldn't be until the 10th July! It would have been collected the day after had they not ignored me all day!
Once the chair was collected on 10th July, I emailed Felgains to let them know with a copy of the documentation to prove this. Yet again I was ignored and not contacted until 11th July at 5pm for my bank details, despite me sending them to Felgains repeatedly from the 7th July, they said they'd do the transaction right away and it would be in my bank immediately. After 5 minutes there was no money in my account, I rang Felgains and there was no reply, I rang numerous times but nobody answered, I emailed them too but again no reply. This was Friday so I knew my money wasn't coming any time soon! Wouldn't you think they'd have waited to see if I'd got the money? No, they just went home and completely ignored me!
I contacted my bank who said I should have received the money immediately and there was nothing pending. Over the weekend I sent numerous emails to Felgains but didn't get any replies. The money finally arrived in my bank on Monday 14th July around lunchtime.
Clearly something wasn't right with the refund, but if you'd sent someone a second hand wheelchair when they'd paid for a new one, you'd surely want to rectify it asap? Not Felgains!!
I think, and so does everyone I've told, thinks Felgains were trying to get away with sending me a second hand chair.
I got my money back eventually, but the whole experience and way Felgains handled things, is a disgrace. My advice stay away from Felgains!!

We had an urgent situation where a hoist had broken down and the customer would have been left in a muddle. Reuben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product and what options we may or may not have. He was able to arrange for an urgent swap out of the hoist in order to keep the customer safe and prevent any disruption this might have caused. Thanks Reuben!
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable service which helped my wife greatly in deciding on the product that was suitable for her needs. The advisor was very kind and courteous.

Good service from Customer Service by phone. Quick delivery and very good product. It is a shame there is not a Customer Manual enclosed and no reference made to Online Manual

We can't speak highly enough of Felgains, and in particular of Linda Best. My wife, following major surgery was unable to visit Felgains personally to chose a wheelchair. She telephoned and asked to speak to Linda, with whom we had dealt in the past, to explain our situation and ask for guidance. Her familiarity with their stock and our requirements enabled us to take delivery, really promptly, of just the right product. We are so appreciative of their personal service and attention to detail - nothing is too much trouble for them.

We bought an ex-demo wheelchair at a lower price that had a number of useful features but I was disappointed that there was no accompanying warranty.
