I placed an order with Felicity Worldwide Hats back in December for 3 hats, including 2 pre-orders. Months later, I only received 1 hat and never got the other 2 items I paid for. I reached out multiple times through email and social media and either got ignored or received no real help at all.
What makes this even worse is that I later found many other customers online describing the exact same experience — missing orders, no communication, and no refunds. The company continues taking people’s money while failing to properly fulfill orders or respond to customers.
I tried working through my bank and provided proof that part of my order was never delivered, but because of technical payment rules, I still got stuck losing money for items I never received. Meanwhile, the company stayed silent.
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and extremely disappointing handling of paying customers. I would strongly recommend people think twice before ordering from this company, especially if you expect communication or support after payment is made.
