Excelente experiencia de principio a fin. El coche estaba en muy buenas condiciones, limpio y cómodo.
La entrega y devolución fueron rápidas y sin complicaciones.
El personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Definitivamente recomiendo Fetajo a cualquiera que busque un alquiler de coches confiable y sin estrés.

La experiencia con FETAJO es excelente en todos los sentidos. Desde mi llegada a España, alquilo un auto para movilidad personal y familiar y desde el primer momento el trato fue cercano, claro y muy profesional. Siempre están disponibles para atender cualquier consulta y lo hacen con amabilidad y rapidez, lo que genera mucha tranquilidad.

El vehículo se encuentra en muy buen estado, limpio y cuidado, y el proceso de renta es simple, transparente y sin sorpresas. Se nota el compromiso real con el cliente y el cuidado por brindar un servicio de calidad, algo que hoy no es tan fácil de encontrar.

FETAJO cumple con todo lo que promete y va incluso un paso más allá, transmitiendo confianza y seguridad durante todo el tiempo contractual. Es un servicio que realmente facilita la vida cotidiana, tanto para el uso personal como familiar.

Fantastic experience .
Cheap compared to other renters , including full insurance . No hard selling , a real family feel to the company .
I had to rearrange dates and decided to drop off at a different location after booking . Daniel was brilliant at handling my requests. Met the representative at Malaga Airport at arrivals , he took me to the car , a 30 second walk over the road to the car park . The car was as ordered and very clean .
Quick copy of my driving licence , signature , then while I sorted out my luggage and satnav , the rep went to fetch the ticket to allow me to leave the car park .
On returning the car , I was met by Daniel at Fuengirola office who checked over the car .
Great experience and will definitely use again .

Excellent, easy to arrange on line and smooth car pick up and return. No hidden costs, and the car was in excellent condition. Would highly recommend. Unsure of the guys name that dealt with us but he was really helpful and friendly.

Fantástica empresa familiar. Alquile sin problemas por la web, cuando llegue al Aeropuerto de Málaga un presentante me estaba esperando el cual fue muy simpático y servicial, me entrego el coche nuevo con muy pocos km y lo mas importante muy limpio.

First of all, I must say that I have never left a positive review for a rental car company before, because usually it’s quite an expensive and stressful process!

However, I am very happy to leave a shining five star review for this company – the whole process from start to finish was super easy, the staff that I dealt with beforehand were unfailingly friendly and helpful, and the chap who collected us from the arrivals hall at the airport and took us to our car was fantastic. The drop off process was probably the easiest I have ever experienced – you get a QR code that leads you to an extremely accurate map, and then you just leave it parked and text them to come and collect it after you’ve left.

I have literally nothing negative to say about them at all – the car itself was in good condition and well presented, the price was excellent, and even the price of the extra “all bells and whistles” insurance was extremely reasonable.

I would absolutely recommend this company over any others that I have used in over 25 years of visiting Spain and probably using all the available car hire companies over the years…!

They absolutely deserve ALL the stars, and I will book again next time :-)

Abbiamo prenotato una Skoda Fabia per 17 giorni. Il prezzo era tra i migliori della zona, inclusa CDW. L'auto ci è stata consegnata in aeroporto a Malaga da un addetto molto gentile e premuroso che ci aspettava agli Arrivi. Le pratiche burocratiche hanno richiesto 5 minuti. L'auto aveva 56000 Km ma era in ottime condizioni, perfettamente pulita dentro e fuori. La riconsegna è stata molto semplice: lasciata nel parcheggio generale dell'aeroporto con le chiavi all'interno (il ticket pagato da Fetajo). Totalmente soddisfatti del servizio.

Efficenti, cortesi e economici. Consegna auto direttamente in aeroporto da parte di un addetto. Probabilmente il miglior sistema di noleggio e il miglior noleggio. Poche 5 stelle :)

I have been renting cars all over the world and never came accros such brilliant, affordable, kind and efficient car rental agency. I have been coming to Malaga for 3 years now, and have always rented cars from them. The cars are practically new and clean. The service is impeccable. Anabel arranged a last minute rental on a Friday at 5pm. When we arrived on a Saturday morning, the car was delivered to us in front of the exit of the airport, clean with a full tank. Hassle - free, no surprises! Drop off equally easy. No airport office, you get off the plane, give your cc and 15’ later, you are off with your car. Cannot recommend them enough!! 10 stars! 🌟

This is what car rental companies should be, helpful, pleasant, cost effective, no hidden costs and easy to deal with. I would give Fetajo more stars if they were available.
I was travelling to Malaga for the first time and needed a car. I spent a day researching companies at the airport but you would need a science degree to understand their fuel policies and charges. I rang one company and they said they couldn't guarantee I could collect the car without a credit card (they would except payment with Debit Card), it would depend on the manager the day I arrived. Ridiculous carry on.
Then I found Fetajo.
What a brilliant experience.
I rented their Astra and took out the full insurance for 2 weeks (about €90), which covered me for everything. It was still cheaper than all the airport companies.
They don't have strange fuel policies - I got half a tank and was asked to bring the car back with a similar amount.
I spoke directly to a very friendly agent on WhatsApp who answered all my questions and made the process very easy.
Fetajo bring the car to the airport. I was met by 3 guys who carried our bags, paid airport parking, explained all the dials etc in the car (lights, fuel etc). And then they told me not to worry if I got any scrapes etc on the car, it's fully insured. They couldn't have been more helpful or more obliging.
The car was great and spotless, probably three years old but felt new on the inside.
If you are looking for a stress free car rental company, I would highly recommend Fetajo. I have hired several cars in different countries over the years and this was by far the best and easiest experience I've had - which made the holiday so much more relaxing because I didn't have to worry about the car.

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with this company.
I reserved a time to pick up the car two days before pick up. Everything was ok,because I had my reservation and company confirmed it on their website. On this day when I had to pick up the car, on the way to the company office, I called them and heard that I don't have a car. When asked for what reasons their cancelled my reservation, the answer was : we don't know, possibly due to incorrect data entry. Ok,my drive licence is not spanish,but it is no reason to cancelled my reservation and do not notify at least by phone or email. We had a ruined vacation time..

Very good rent a car company. I booked everything on the web. Their agent really waited me at the airport, I payed cash at the spot, there was'nt any deposit (just cradit card info in case if I probably exceed the agreement), drop off was also easy. It was everything as it was written in the offer, and I'm sure I will choose them again. I choose them because it's a family company and cause they don't charge deposit and it was really as desribed in "who we are", they show trust and flexbility.

Prima auto gehuurd voor 5 dagen en een eerlijke prijs. Alles volgens afspraak. Nieuwe Opel Corsa Inclusief Maxi Cosi, volle tank, geen extra kosten/uitgaven bij aankomst. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen op het vliegveld. De auto stond héél dichtbij en we werden zelfs geholpen bij het inladen van de bagage, want het begon net te regenen en we waren met een baby. Duidelijke instructies hoe we moesten rijden om het vliegveld te verlaten. Ook het terugbrengen van de auto is relax. Auto, inclusief sleutel in de afgesloten auto op de parkeerplaats achterlaten. Alleen het vinden van de juiste parkeerplaats was even zoeken. Dit was voor ons onduidelijk (of we hadden het niet goed begrepen) De meeste parkeergarages waren voor andere verhuurbedrijven, met speciale vakken. Uiteindelijk in de algemene parkeerhal de auto achtergelaten. Kortom een super fijn bedrijf die ik echt aan kan raden. Ik zal hier zeker weer voor kiezen als ik in Malaga ben

What fabulous service. I used Fetejo for the first time recently and I will certainly use them again. The staff are super friendly, their business ethic spot on, collection and return to Malaga airport was so smooth and the cost was very competitive.
