Best price for product and fast and free delivery. Delivery done through DHL, which, according to my past experience, proved to be much more reliable and flexible than Parcelforce.
Telephone ordering was not the usual call centre pain, dispatch was fast and efficient particulalrly given the time of year.
After tiresome shopping around for iPhone cases, Fidelis offered the best price for the one I wanted. Despite the standard delivery suggesting 5-7 working days it arrived the next day. You can't say better than that. I use Amazon for most things bought on the net for their fantastic service, but I'd definitely use Fidelis again.

When my ordered item was found to be out of stock, I was notified by email. When I rang to enquire about the status of the order, my delivery was upgraded to DHL free of charge, to avoid issues with the Royal Mail strike. Very good response and handled with class, which is increasingly rare these days. Thank you and well done.
