If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I went to the Chesapeake site. The customer service and experience with the process of fingerprinting was extremely dissatisfying. I wish I would have read the reviews before I scheduled my appointment. If possible you should avoid this site.

I would rate them as a zero

I would rate them as a zero. It is all automated, when you get a real person, they are rude. I will never use them again. I reschedule my appointment , can only be done electronically, I enter the address but it took me to a different state. My fault for not double checking because the street address was the same. I paid then when I got the appointment realize it was the wrong state. I, immediately go back, to change the appointment but because I reschedule less than 24 hours it asked me to pay again. When I called to make the correction on the phone, it took 40 minutes to get a hold of someone and she told me it was my fault and hung up. If you dont want to go thru this, I would recommend another company. I am also surprised they are listed on license renewal website.

Absolutely terrible experience. My finger prints were not processed and after having to call back numerous times no one could tell me any further information about it. If I did not have to use them for my licensing board I would have never wasted my tiem.

Waste of money

I reached out to customer service to ask if Fieldprint was able to be used if I needed the document authenticated/apostilled. The customer service told me to select "no" to the apostille question on the form so I could resume ordering the fingerprints. After all was said and done the results came to me and were not able to be apostilled. Reached out to customer service and they said they couldn't help me.

Never use this service

Never use this service. It’s much better to pay another $10 and go to a facility. If something goes wrong the third party retailer blames FieldPrint and vice versa. The customer service line takes over 30 minutes. It’s too much of a headache when there is so much competition. Never again!

Fieldprint SUCKS!

Attempted to reach the office in Freeport Fl for Nsg license renewal background etc. Don’t waste your time. Worse than the FL board of Nsg! Went with “Fast Fingerprint” Niceville Fl instead. Fast and painless.

The worst, sent to them by the NMLS

Never picks up the phone, never answers emails. They just exist to take your money and federal dollars. Need a background check that was suppose to get offered to you with your fingerprints? You didn't know? NOT OUR PROBLEM, come to Field Print now!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE, BUYER BEWARE

I just tried to set up a business account for fingerprints to do business with this company, and after being bounced around to five (5) different people, I was told that they don't want my business since I would only do 5 - 10 fingerprint cards per year. AVOID THIS PLACE!

One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had

Absolutely terrible website I needed fingerprints for personal documents and it was just impossible to do anything It forces me to go through a government department and it was so confusing I had to just call. The lady on the phone was nasty with me when I was trying to explain to her that I was following the instructions on the website and then she transferred the call to someone else and the only place for an appointment was 2 hours away at the most inconvenient time. If you can avoid using them I highly recommend it they made something that is so simple one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done.

Avoid if you can!

Customer service is terrible. Joke of a company and unfortunately have no other option as it’s what the Board requires.

sign in does not work, no customer service....customer support number that is more of a joke that says go to their website for assistance....i am here after several hours of dealing with this joke of a company that Arizona Department of Safety sent me to. unreal

Absolutely trash

Absolutely trash. They say i can not proceed without fixing the reason for the fingerprint. But it doesn't allow me to change the reason even though it was the right reason. I tried calling customer support with no response.

I was told that my fingerprints could…not be processed due to "an error", that no one wants to bother to explain.

I was told that my fingerprints could not be processed due an error and that I would need to "start over and follow the directions" that were given to me by the requesting agency (this information was left on voicemail). I called back for clarification and direction as I followed the directions given, I have done this prior for the same agency, and after 25 minutes of being placed on hold, was met with a woman who clearly should have quit the job yesterday, who kept repeating the same exact thing offering absolutely no assistance as I simply asked what went wrong as to avoid the issue in rescheduling. I was told that the person who left the voicemail was in a meeting and that was all the information she had. If I had any other choice but to use this service, I absolutely would.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service, Canceled my appointment and will not allow me reschedule. I called the customer support number from the email and keep getting hung up on. No human support agent. Arizona needs to fire this company.

Pretty difficult to get information

Pretty difficult to get information, when you call customer service and talk to someone, no one really seems to care as though it is your problem at theirs. This place is an absolute nightmare, hopefully the next time I need fingerprints I can use another company.

No Communication or Information

The people are incompetent. I made an appointment to get my I-9 form documents and fingerprint checked and they put it as 2 separate appointments. I was never given an appointment number. The woman even looked for me and could not find it. So I had to come back on a separate day to do fingerprints and spent around $40 in uber fees.
