ON THE BALL,KNOWLEDGEABLE, COMPETENT, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR
Speaking to anyone 'financial' has always been hard-going for me. However, this experience proved to be the exception and I came off the phone feeling clear about my financial options. The adviser grasped my situation extremely quickly and hence a solution, lessening the stress and tension as has been my experience with other companies and helplines. Being comprehended and listened to on a very human level is very difficult to find these days so I would have absolute confidence in recommending this company to anyone.
