I've checked with the adviser and am surprised by your review. Please check your email spam folder for an email confirmation of your phone conversation and the advice given.
If you contact https://www.cifas.org.uk/ they will be able to advise why you are being blocked. In the meantime if you open a Transferwise Account you will be able to transact while you recover the situation through CIFAS.

I have been informed of an advisor near me, who has yet to contact me but, I am being bombarded with request about 'how did we do'. Well so far I cannot comment other than the constant harassment.

Hi Robert, we only send out a couple of requests usually. This is so we can hear back from our customers with good news (which we mostly get) and bad news so we can improve our service.
Could you please confirm how many requests you were bombarded with so we can investigate and fix the issue please?
The requests are also sent after the adviser has had ample time to make contact. We often find that advisers have been trying hard to reach clients when there are complaints made, but that there is a problem with the phone number submitted or the phone is not being answered when the adviser calls. Can you confirm if you have spoken to the adviser? And if not, would you like to confirm your phone number and set up an appointment to make sure you and the adviser are available at the same time?
