Best avoided.
The website says it all; they don't actually have any financial advisors near me at all; I was offered a remote service from 300 miles away, and they wouldn't say what it might cost! I pushed for an introduction to a local advisor, but they simply don't have any.

Sorry you were unhappy with the service. You were introduced to a partner who is offering advice over the phone. Financial advice is usually offered on a face to face basis which is obviously a problem in the current climate so some of our usual partners are finding it hard to proceed as before and there is a larger covering of phone advice partners to cope with the situation.
We do have advisers in your area, I could ask one of them to call if you would like? Please let us know.

Our advisers should ordinarily be happy to travel to meet you as required if your enquiry goes beyond the free consultation. Obviously the current Coronavairus situation makes meeting anyone problematic, but the industry response to this will be meetings via simple video calls etc. Non of this should detract from the experience, or quality of the advice you receive and now is a good time for anyone to be getting their financial affairs in order.
