We only purchase wine that has been stored properly, and all of our wines are kept in temperature and humidity controlled wine refrigerators at our facility in San Jose, California. Not only do we sell the finest wines, but also, according to Wine-Searcher.com, we often have the lowest retail prices in the entire country!

Real professionals
The staff in this store seemed to me quite professional, because I'm fond drinking wine and I prefer various exotic combinations of tastes. Thus, it's quite hard for me to find the wine which will suit my preferences and I got used to dedicate lots of time to the search. Once I spent the whole day in search of the good store. However, after I visited this store, I understood that I would be a real regular here. Managers helped me a lot to choose the wine which I needed, they listened to me carefully in order to help me. They saw that I was exhausted and I'm grateful for them.

Very unprofessional, Do not buy from these criminals!
I placed an order for a vintage wine. I chose the regular ground shipping, on their website it said they ship Monday and Wednesday's. Order was placed on Tuesday. I waited a week and didn't receive a confirmation or shipping details. I contacted Jim thru email. He stated that they don't ship wine on ground shipping and only do ground shipments on Monday's only. I was upset that no one notified me of the issue with shipping, instead I had to take the initiative to contact them. If they do not ship ground, why was that even an option on the shipping choices when ordering. If there was an issue with shipping or my order, why didn't anyone contact me. When I replied back to the email Jim sent me, I was upset and questioning why no one contacted me. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, Jim just issued a refund instead of trying to deal with the issue. I ended up ordering from another store. I will never recommend FineWineCollector.com to anyone. They are very unprofessional and should not be in business. If I could have given it zero stars, I would. I will be an advocate against FineWineCollector.com due to their inability to properly communicate and handle customer disputes and not being able to answer questions when a paying customer is asking why they were not told of an issues or delays. Very unprofessional! Lost out on my business as I took my business else where.
