You sent me the wrong wine I asked for the 19 stags leap Cabernet Sauvignon 125th anniversary. Just as the wines description stated. I emailed to let you know there had been I emailed to let you know there had been mix up on your part and all I got was crickets. The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon that you sent obviously hadn't been stored correctly and didn't taste anything like it's supposed to. Very disappointed if I could let everybody know what happened I would.

Didn’t get my shipment on time had to ask for a refund.

My only concern was the time it took from the date of order until my receipt of product. Everything else was great!

No communication for the customer they don't answer emails they don't answer phone calls they don't email back still waiting on a product have not received it yet have not received any confirmation on when it's going to be shipped so I would never buy from you again

Ordered 12 bottles of a wine they said they had in stock. After ordering and being billed for it I was advised they did not have it. A little disappointing. However, on the bright side they were quick to notify me and quick to credit my cc.

I ordered a particular vintage, but they had only the year before. They called me to confirm it would be okay to send the alternative. Great service! Then I got the wine and, wow, really good!
