Before 12noon... not exactly.
Paid £25 for next day pre 12noon delivery, on a Thursday.
Items came following Tuesday 2pm.
Told can't refund delivery fee as it's a courier problem. 😏👏

Hi,
We’re really sorry that your delivery was delayed, especially as you had paid £25 for a pre-12 noon next-day service. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
When you contacted us, we checked the tracking straight away and found that your parcel had been held at the courier’s hub. We contacted our courier and asked them to prioritise the delivery for Saturday. When this unfortunately didn’t happen, we followed up with them again and raised a formal complaint regarding the delay.
We also want to clarify that we did not refuse to refund your £25 delivery charge because it was a courier issue. When we spoke with you, we advised that we would follow the delivery through and refund the full delivery charge due to the service failure.
We appreciate your patience while we chased this with the courier, and we’re genuinely sorry that the service you received fell short of what you paid for.

Fantastic Service
Chrissie and her team offer a fantastic service.
If you have any questions or queries in regards to acoustic seals they have great knowledge and come back straight away on the email with pricing and product datasheets to confirm the products they are offering.
Easy to order through them and every order you get a notification to confirm the goods have been collected, when they are out for delivery and once delivered you get a confirmation and a POD.
Honestly couldn't rate them any higher a great team to work with!

I had a really positive experience with Fire & Acoustic Seals Ltd. Although I initially received a faulty product, their team handled the situation very professionally.
After I provided photos of the issue, they reviewed everything quickly and arranged for a replacement without any hassle. What stood out was how fast they processed this and got a new product sent out to me, which was impressive.
Communication throughout was excellent. They were proactive in getting in touch and also provided helpful updates when items showed as delivered on their system. This is especially useful when managing a larger project with multiple orders arriving at different times.
Overall, very good service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
