Returning customer
I had used this company several times in recent years, but had bought a new printer and needed different ink cartridges. They didn't disappoint. My inks were received promptly with full instructions on how to fit them, and worked perfectly. I'm not a huge ink user, but I would recommend First Call every time.

I had recently to change my printer and was left with a number of cartridges which I could no longer use. First Call Inks have been very understanding of my wish to recycle out of date cartridges and to refund those purchase most recently. I have been very impressed by the ease with which I could make contact and the responsiveness to my wishess and suggestions. I will continue to use their ink cartridges as I have for a number of years without problems and at competitive prices. Thank you.
