Prompt delivery at discount. The inks themselves are far cheaper than the Epson brand. I have used Theo’s in for many years now without too much problem. Only that imposed by Epson trying stop their use.

I ordered 3 inks but only 2 arrived, so I got in contact and sent a picture. There was no hassle and the missing ink was speedily dispatched. Not the first time I've used this company but the first mistake from them which was quickly rectified. I will continue to use them in future.
