When I arrived at the CU I had just discovered that my bank accounts had been hacked into. I was very rattled and filled with anxiety and fear. I met with Lev Silberstein, sharing with him my situation and my fears. Lev was very calming and patient and a good listener. He was very helpful getting my accounts in order and secure, and he was reassuring as he walked through next steps with me. He explained things well and patiently answered all my many questions. I easily scheduled an appointment online, and then I quickly received a follow-up call to clarify my needs and timeline. The representative I spoke with, both on the phone and at the branch, was Kyle Morris. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions, and I would highly recommend Kyle and FTFCU to others.

The staff is very personal and always make an effort to explain any changes with terms whenever they happen.
