Absolutely love the First Tech family
Absolutely love the First Tech family. They are always there when you need them and make you feel right at home. My family has been apart of First Tech since HP and Addison Avenue. Will always recommend them. If you are stopping by the Roseville branch make sure to ask for Devin, he is always extremely helpful!

I received excellent customer service from Mike Vaughan at the Roseville Parkway branch. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made my banking experience enjoyable. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs after a miscommunication with the call center. Truly impressed, again, with FTFCU.

The personal attention and response time to our questions/needs is awesome! We've had a few "weird" things that needed xtra attention, and Taaniya was very helpful! We are happy with all the FTFCU staff! Just wish there were more locations ;)

when go to the Roseville Ca branch , Afsi always takes care of me and my wife. She has helped me out in multiple situations such as merchant services, personal banking, and setting up loans and credit cards. she is always a great help and i really appreicate her and the rest of this team.

Representative worked TRULY for ME!
The fellow who answered my call today WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!! He answered my questions AND took the time to share with me SEVERAL alternatives as to how I could make my money work better for me. I felt that he was TRULY WORKING FOR ME!

Great customer service and competent staff
My wife and I went into the branch to take care of several transactions and to give my wife access to my account. We worked with Jessica Hite. She was wonderful. She took care of everything quickly and got my wire out successfully. She was competent, pleasant, and had a great attitude. It's people, like Jessica, that keep me a loyal customer.

1st Tech is great but some of the recent changes have me puzzled
I have banked with Firs Tech since about 1993.
I have had great experiences with mortgages with them. I also like their online banking and the call center staff are very helpful.
I’m less thrilled with the new branch set up I experienced last week. The receptionist was not friendly or welcoming and wanted to argue about how the branch experience used to be. The lobby was cold and sterile not welcoming. The banker who assisted me was great. I wish all the changes had been explained in emails to me before I walked into the branch.
