Exceptional customer service
Mayra went out of her way to keep me as a First Tech customer. One of my CDs reached it's maturity date. I was contemplating moving the funds to another credit union. Mayra offered to try and gain approval for a higher rate to keep my funds at First Tech. I'm pleased to say she was successful!
