The service was excellent. I had a major problem with the car itself upon delivery, but in fairness it was taken away and brought back sorted within 24 hours.
Great service - easy, and speedy from the first contact to the delivery of the car. We have a great car at a really good price. Ruth, who we dealt with was delightful- knowledgeable and efficient.

Great service from start to finish, car turned up before the indicated date and was delivered to my door without any fuss.

Awful
Awful. Customer service and general management of lease was awful. Mislead and had to chase constantly for an update. I was mislead to believe car would arrive within desired time frame to hear 4 weeks after this date they didnt know where the car was, contrary to initial information they gave me. I ended up cancelling lease and went with a different company that was amazing and complete opposite!
I would not recommend. Caused a lot of hassle, stress and loss in wages.

I'm really sorry you had a bad experience with us. I can see that we were badly let down by our supplier who initially told us the car was in stock, then that it would arrive before the end of December, then could not give us any information at one point. Despite the fact we were passing on this information to you as we got it, I completely understand how how frustrating and annoying this must have been.
I apologise things did not go as they should and we are reviewing our relationship with this supplier given how they let us down in this instance.

Very good customer relations
Very good customer relations, only disappointed with not having any car mats and I was told the car had heated front seats which it didn’t have, spoke to a kind lady today and she was going to pass it onto my representative,

Chris was super helpful at all stages…
Chris was super helpful at all stages of my leasing. This is now my second car through FVL, and he helped arrange the original lease, and my latest one so I got the car I wanted at a good price and with flexibility which was much appreciated. I'll be back again!

The car i wanted in the exact specifications for the price I wanted to pay, delivered to my front door exactly when I wanted it. Really helpful team on the phone and answered all my questions promptly.

4th times a charm
This is the 4th time using FVL and could not be happier. They have a great selection of vehicles and good prices. The website makes it easy to customise the deal and the communication is great. Very polite informative people who couldn’t do enough for you.
