Never buy terminal with these company
Never buy terminal with these company. I bought it with them when I start my new business and I would like to change bank details after few months. It tooks 4 months to change details.
Customer service is very crap and never seen in my life like these. They always throw from one to other departments.
Please don't go with them.

Aggressive letter after terminating contract
Does anyone get suspect vibes from the multiple 5 star online reviews? I have just terminated my contract with Fiserv and have received an aggressive letter stating that my terminal should be return in pristine order (after 5 years of service) or will be charged £519.03 + VAT. This is for a terminal that costs approx £50 on Amazon. I haven't had many problems previously with the service, but this is because I haven't really used the terminal. This is a word of warning to those people who enter a contract with Fiserv...

Adam Clayton was extremely helpful throughout the process from initial contact through to machine delivery. The application was simple and queries dealt with quickly and efficiently. Since joining I have had emails and conversations with Consieige who assisted me with setting up and tweaking to what I would like to do with the machine.
