Signed up for 18 months contract and…
Signed up for 18 months contract and had email confirming that I could leave after 18 months and 100 pounds exit fee wavied. But they had been delaying and insist me paying the exit fees.
(30-oct-2023) someone called last Friday and said that it would be wavied but still had no written confirmation.
(1-Nov-2023) No contact either phone call or email to update the current situation.
