Returned home only to be locked out of the house (Iost door key), phoned Fitlok and Colin came over a little over an hour later. It was a high security lock but Colin gained access to the house and replaced the lock/new set of keys within 15 mins. A tidy worker, pleasant to deal with and very reasonably priced. I can't praise him highly enough and would strongly recommend. Thank you :)
Overall a great service,answered calls and what’s app messages fast and all the info I needed to know.
Was a Jap import car that other company’s weren’t keen to touch,but Colin had it done no issue and spare fob coded and working great.

He didn’t help at all said he couldn’t cut me a new key as he couldn’t get the barrel out of the lock. He got the car unlocked then messed around saying he’d try something then decided he couldn’t and wanted paid and the
said good luck and drove off.
I wouldn’t recommend this company as I am now £100 down and still can’t lock my car and still no new key

The evening emergency call out, which we quoted £100, was to gain entry to the vehicle as the client believed the keys were inside the vehicle.
Once entry was gained using non-destructive methods, the car owner searched the car with our torch for their keys. No keys were in the car. To assist the client, we offered to return the following morning to make a key for the car for an additional cost. An all keys lost replacement range from £200-£450 depending on the vehicle. The client agreed to our return.
When we returned on the morning of the 1st Feb to create a key for the vehicle, a recovery truck was picking up the car and we were advised a new key was not required afterall.
Sorry there was a misunderstanding and you thought that our initial cost of £100 emergency call out to gain entry and retrieve your key thought to be in the car, actually included a new key too. It didn't.
