Fabulous staff and products
I had the good fortune to deal with Nicole who was so helpful and knowledgeable. Having a poor experience with another company I was so lucky with her. So helpful in getting a delivery to Northern Ireland. Very few suppliers will do this.

I bought my exercise bike over a months…
I bought my exercise bike over a months ago ,after they delivered I realized its not working ,I call the shop and they told me to call customer service which I did but they give me run around ,I spend over 2100 for the bike which don’t work and trying to chase them to come and fix it properly.

You previously sent us the Serial Number for the product however the manufacturer has returned to say that the incorrect number has been supplied. They have told us they will contact you directly to get this vital piece of information and I can see that they reached out to you last week. I am confident that once they have this information they will be able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Fantastic multi-gym install
Just had our multi-gym installed by Lee and Eddie from Fitness Superstore and could not be more pleased. The install was on the first floor of our house and carrying over 300kg of parts upstairs and then assembling them was no mean feat. Despite that, they could not have been more friendly or helpful. 100% recommend
