Really really bad after sales...
I am currently on hold (20 minutes) waiting for someone to answer and this is my 7th call and numerous emails...
I brought my wife a rowing machine for Christmas and to date it still isn't working which is disgraceful...
I have purchased many pieces of equipment from fitness superstore but this will be the last and I would advise anyone reading this post to think carefully before you purchase as a good price isn't the only consideration to make in my view...
O and finally before I post it have just been hung up on after 25 minutes of being told that my call is important to them, REALLY 🤥

Hugh assisted me, and from the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I visited the store today looking to purchase an exercise bike to help me to return to fitness following an injury. However, after discussing my needs with Hugh Kelly, he advised that a rowing machine might be more suitable for my needs. After trying a few models, I made my decision and purchased a suitable rowing machine. Throughout my visit there was no pressure to buy, just useful information and clear answers to my questions. Having purchased a cross trainer from the same store 5 years ago, it was an easy decision to return for more equipment. I would highly recommend this store.

Great efficient service and warm, friendly, welcoming staff
I ordered an ex-display bench, Olympic bar and some weights. I arrived on the wrong day and time to pick up; therefore, my equipment was not ready on arrival. They offered me a drink, opened up the warehouse and prept my equipment so I could take it on the day. I was most grateful as I had travelled from Nottingham to Northampton. Great efficient service and warm, friendly, welcoming staff. I will return and recommend friends and colleagues.

Very happy with our purchase from Fitness Superstore. It was great to be able to see the different products in the showroom before buying and get expert guidance from Jordan of the options. There was a bit of a problem with the delivery company failing to completely assemble the machine when it was delivered, but this was promptly resolved by Dennis and Carlm and we are now up an running perfectly
