The knowledgeable and welcoming of Jordan Pitcher who was helpful to my wife and myself. We wanted to buy a static exercise bike and Jordan showed us several which he thought would be beneficial to our needs. He explained everything about the bike we liked and made sure that it was the right fit for us. He explained the various different payment methods, arranged delivery to suit us and also said if we needed any further help with the bike we could always ring him at work where he would be pleased to help us. He was very professional, polite and friendly. All in all excellent service. Thank you Jordan.
