This was the first time I'd used Fleet…
This was the first time I'd used Fleet Choice. I found their process to renovate my novated lease vehicle to my new employer painless and simple. The hard part was getting the required documents from the previous provider, that was painful and took way longer than it needed to. Thank you FleetChoice, I'm a very happy camper.

Customer service with an actual person
Far better service and response time than from my 2 previous lease companies 1 being a sister company to Fleetchoice. Rhy's was my contact provided me accurate information and always got back to me within a few hours maximum generally within 1/2 an hour. I did not get the run around having to speak to multiply people or departments.
So far great service I hope will continue for the life of the lease.

Once again Cam at the Darwin branch went out of his way to provide everything for a smooth transmission to my new vehicle purchase.
