Great work and product

Purchased an SSD upgrade kit for my 2019 iMac 5K, which was delivered quickly and well packaged. The display sticker strips were missing form the package and were quickly dispatched by the team.

Although the drive worked well for a while it presented a fault within 6 months of purchase. Flexx were amazing in first sending a replacement controller cable, but that did not fix the issue, so they helped get a replacement SSD drive after confirming the drive was actually faulty. Amazing customer service, both on the phone and over email. I thoroughly recommended them, and will be coming back as a customer.

I purchased the iMac 2011 HDD upgrade kit. It was delivered extremely quickly - the quoted 1-2 days was next day, and the kit is excellent - along with the online tutorial, it made fitting an SSD to an old iMac a breeze.

Before you know it the chips have arrived and computer up and running!! Very efficient.

The most helpful honest person I've dealt with for a long time. Honest impartial advice even when buying certain things from eBay second hand to go with flex products. very responsive to any comments and questions. Completely transparent and found me everything I needed at a great price .

Had an issue with a drive 13 months after purchase. Contacted the manufacturer and couldn't get help. Contacted Flexx and they handed everything. Returned and replaced, I was back up and running in a couple days. Can't say enough good things about the team - thanks so much. They really helped me out of a tricky situation.

I haven't used Flexx for a few years but was happy with the purchasing experience again. They were competitive on price for the Samsung 990 Pro SSD and I am very happy with the packaging for shipping given this is a delicate piece of kit. The SSD is as expected and is super fast in my Ugreen enclosure. The only downside was the delivery took about 4 days instead of the Tracked 48 postage.

I asked for an item to be cancelled before due delivery date & requested refund. Personnel from Flexmemory responded immediately without any hassle. Within a day my refund was received in my Bank Account.

I ordered the wrong RAM. My fault, not theirs. The package had been opened so I didn’t expect them to be very helpful. They paid the return postage and refunded me within days, no questions.
Just a small gesture like that meant that I ordered again from them and will look there first for future purchases.
