Really great experience of calling and speaking to Flooring365 agents especially helping me resolve a problem with my online order initially. Really happy with the customer service provided over the phone and they couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting delivery to suit my availability.

I ordered the wrong underlay for the type of flooring chosen - Danielle from their support team helpfully phoned to explain why it wasn't suitable. This was not upselling, I was advised to select a *cheaper* underlay than the one originally selected. I don't believe many other retailers would have made that effort.
They also suggested different pipe rings than those I had chosen would match the flooring colour more closely (same price, so again no upsell incentive). They seem to know their stock and want their customers to be satisfied.

His experience, knowledge and patience helped a lot because this is my first time to lay engineered oak, and he was able to advise whether I had all of the things that I need to suceed with this DIY project. Danielle was also brilliant with ensuring the delivery went smoothly. I haven't started laying the floor yet, but the planks look lovely and I am excited about how beautiful my room will look when they are installed.

The flooring delivered was great but we were a pack short. Not everyone wants to pay for excess flooring when flooring is so expensive.
Flooring 365 doesn’t not have a system in place where if you need to buy one extra pack you have to pay £99 for delivery as they will only use a pallet company.
If they could use Evri or DHL which would be around £30 we’d be happy to pay (I’d be happy to take responsibility for any damage that happened during transit) that but when you have to pay more than what the actual pack of flooring is then this isn’t a great solution.
My advice is that if you buy from Flooring 365 make sure you over order or buy local as it will end up costing you more than it’s worth.

I ordered samples of walnut flooring which arrived very quickly and Chris was very helpful throughout and giving me a good discount on final order , also to mention Richard who was very professional and explained everything regarding delivery and what I needed to do.
