My grandson's apartment caught fire 2 days ago, and was determined by the fire department to have been caused by his Fleureon RC battery. Of course, there is no phone number to contact the manufacturer. I would appreciate being contacted by a legal representative from this company. These batteries are unsafe and without a smoke detector, this fire would have ended in tragedy instead of just extensive damage. My number is 641 895 2789.

In regards to quality, I can only say good things: their batteries are one of the highest I have seen in recent years; sad they are no longer in production. Docking one star for the fact that they are no longer operational.

Easy to use cctv system
Purchased my first 4 camera system from this company back in 2016, faultless continuous use for 7 years. Now upgraded to 8 cameras with invisible ir and 4tb hdd. Excellent system and easy to wire in. Software easy to use and does the job of more expensive products for a fraction of the cost.

My kids locked admin account 5 days ego every day send message to the manufacturer but no any respond. Higly not recomended floureon cctv support is so bad and do not provide any super admin kaygen or send master password on the email.

Unit has given itself a password, which I never did and support….ha ha ha ha ha ha

Floureon support chocolate teapot!
Floureon support is about as much good as a chocolate teapot. They never responded to what is meant to be within 24 hours. Email them over 30 times, not one response. We binned the product and when with Hikvision instead.
Customer Service none existent
I’ve had an 8 channel wired NVR Box for several years, starting with an 4 channel I decided to upgrade.
Needless to say I depend on Floureon to safeguard my home, even more so when I’m away from home.
Being an HGV1 long distance truck driver my surveillance setup is imperatively important knowing I can be assured I can watch and be at Ease my family are safe from literally anywhere.
But that’s all in the passed now, my system has had problems whereas the NVR Box has locked me out somehow it’s given itself a new password.
Contacting Floureon with all the info at hand they replied with a possible cure! Which Ales didn’t work! Now since that first email I’ve sent a following 7 emails, two Messages and even left a 3 message on their Facebook group page.
This is where their customer service drops below poor! They absolutely totally ignore their customers! I even sent an email at 02.00am so that they should have read it at 09.00am Hong Kong time! It was a total wast of my time and loss of sleep!
So as it is I’m without surveillance for my home, all I need is a main password from Floureon to unlock my system! But that’s to much trouble for Floureon to deal with.
I’m now looking elsewhere for a new NVR System to replace Floureon’s but one that hopefully has a better customer service should anything go wrong!
I’ll Finnish with a warning if it’s a surveillance system your looking for, before you part with your money be careful, very careful who you give your money to.
Poor Floureon customer support
I have had system for about 2 years and it worked really well until recently. I had a password lockout. Tried to contact support , they did reply saying the person had been on vacation . And the account lock code is generated each 24 hours , so could I send the latest code. I have sent 4 new codes non of which have been answered. Very disappointed with this company. Will it buy anything they make again.

Go offline everytime something happens when you need them and unreliable on wifi connections.
Dont waste your money like I did.
Complete failure when needed.
At first this seemed like a good system, however it let me down badly. One camera developed a fault just after the warranty elapsed, so I replaced it. My house was burgled whilst I was working away and I was hoping to get some good images of the scumbags responsible, but the whole system had crashed and had recorded nothing.
