Very disappointed as I have been a previous customer of Fluxies without a problem however I placed an order on 28th March (order #38809) and the confirmation said 2-3 days delivery, it’s now been over 3 weeks and I haven’t received my order or any updates despite sending 3 emails to customer support asking for updates and then asking for a refund I haven’t had any response. I have contacted my bank to try to get my money back.

Fluxies used to make these amazing pants, i used them as period pants (not incontinence). They were light, completely seamless and i could wear them under the tightest Lycra on gym days and no one could see my VPL. They seem to have changed the style so now they give you a 360 VPL, they are larger and have a tight band around the edges that wasn’t there before. So disappointing they changed. I used to recommend them to everyone, i won’t recommend ever again as they are pointless. I’ll just have to go back to wearing thongs with tampons which makes me uneasy but so does a huge VPL.

Never had a problem with this company till now. I’m very disappointed as I have supported them since their kickstarter years ago. Have not received my order 38816. Sent an email a week ago but still no response. My order was placed in late March and have not received shipping info yet. I’m on verge of going through my back to get my money back.

These underwear don’t even work for light dampness, the urine goes “ straight thru!!”. I’ve already asked for a refund. It’s ridiculous how people take your hard earned money and send products that are fraudulent!! I’m done with these companies. Please don’t waste your time or money ordering these products!!🙄☹️🫩😵‍💫👀

Placed this order on Feb 1 and it said 3/4 days delivery..it is now 1 week and I have had no correspondence from you despite emailing twice…i am a previous customer so this is extremely disappointing…please respond with an update, failing that I will be requesting my bank to initiate a chargeback asap

THEY LEAK!! They make you think you're purchasing from the USA but expect you to return to China. They say 90 day free trial with 5 day full refund....not ture...no refund until received in China. Cost to return to China $50.
Reply not true.... this is the company and their return policy is on their webpage.

I purchased several Fluxies products, all with the highest absorption level. Unfortunately, every one of them leaked after only a few hours, making them impractical for use. In the past, I’ve tried other period products, including those from American Eagle, and found their quality to be superior. I’m disappointed that I didn’t purchase from a more established brand.

Took a long time to recieve them...upon opening them and assessing their quality I couldn't believe they would hold any urine. I tested one pair with a small amount of water...never putting them on...and the 4 tablespoons rolled right off the sides....did not absorb at all. Complete waste of money. I wonder if they will offer some sort of refund.

78% of customers cannot be wrong as stated in the negative comment review stats above. ***The company (Freya) also tried to take my post down for defamatory comments, truspilot reviewed and reposted as this was deemed correct as online with all the other disgruntled reviews below... I have been waiting on my order before the 8th December. I received a response to tell me the product would not be available until January. We are now on the 15th Jan- 3 further messages later with no response and no product. Wish I'd read reviews first.

Order #38366 was purchased and confirmed on december 4.
11 days have passed without an update whatsoever. On the website, there is no status change about my order. I contacted the customer service and they are not replying, I even contacted them on IG.
I spent more than €90 on my order so I kindly ask Fluxies to let me know where my order is! This is very disappointing, I whish I had checked previous reviews before spending my money on Fluxies!

I'm thrilled that this generation of girls have options, their choices are not only comfortable but reduce waste. PerIod pants remove angst for young girls, it's hard enough without stressing about marked clothes or bedding. Fluxies branding is refreshing, fresh modern products which invite open conversation. Bought a starter pack for my 11 year old in advance of her cycle and showed her the fluxies website so can take the information and reassurance she needs.

WORST ever bought 8 pair big mistake - wore them 1 morning in home with pjs - had to go to the bathroom - lost a little urine -no more than a tables spoon - went through everything!!! Pjs wet - literally no absorption at all! Want to return they will only give me 40% of the purchase price - BAIT AND SWITCH - NEVER ORDER FROM IG- I know better my bad! Lesson learned!

I still haven't received this order, and no response from customer service

I ordered back in early July but still haven’t received my order. I have emailed multiple times in August and was told they are waiting for stock to arrive!
Here we are end Sept and nothing has arrived, I’ve emailed 3 times in the past 2 weeks to ask for a refund but haven’t heard anything back!
Don’t waste your time buying from Fluxies! Terrible customer service!

Sent back - waist band very tight

I had been very happy with Fluxies' products, but I placed an order (Order #37648) on July 21st and never received the items. I have spent the past 5 weeks chasing customer support, trying to get a response to find out if the order was even sent, which they finally claimed it was. I then asked for a replacement order, but that has proved to be such a hassle, with them asking me to sign a form to declare I had looked for the package everywhere possible (!), that 10 days ago I asked for a refund instead. I haven't had a response since then. I am writing this review as a final attempt to see if this issue can be resolved and I can finally receive a refund. Life is too short. I won't be buying anything from Fluxies again.

UPDATE: I finally today received the refund I had asked for, thanks to this review and to me sending several more emails.

Package never arrived, no communications from them despite repeated chasing, very rude company I will never shop there again. Got a refund via a dispute with my bank. If you're from Fluxies and considering asking me to remove this review like you've tried with others, don't bother, I won't.

Product is ok. Dont bother paying for next day delivery because they will charge you for it but take 2 days to deliver

Awful company, never arrived and no delivery updates to say my package had been dispatched or delivered. Have reached out three times in the past 2 weeks and still no response. This is meant to be a luxury brand, spent £53 for 3 undies, I thought their customer service would be much better. Do not buy from this company.
