I thought both the cheesecakes in the…d an
I threw both the cheesecakes in the bin - I was very disappointed; circa £15-17 in the bin. Cakes arrived totally crumbled - ice pack completely defrosted. I am very disappointed. I emailed the company and advised of the same- was asked to send photos, I spared myself the trouble of rumbling through the bin! Never again!

We have made contact with you since. As mentioned the cakes are not frozen and the chill pack is a chilled ice pack not a frozen pack, therefore they weren't defrosted. We had requested photos showing the damage, as per our company policy we can accept damage requests without a photo, however we never heard back from you again.
Apologies for any inconvenience but we don't know how else to have resolved this for you.

Paid £6.5 for next day delivery, arrived two days later and wrong item. Not ideal, however customer service refunded wrong item much to my pleasant surprise.
