Great customer service, high prices
Great place to buy hard to get ingredients. They didn’t have galangal in stock and I was notified via email and given options on how to proceeded, I decided to wait until it was back in stock which only took a few days. I will say that the price of the galangal was £7 however I found it in Wing Yip for £1.60, the exact same packaging and weight. The cost of delivery was an additional £6 so I would only buy from here if I couldn’t find what I needed after looking at my local wing yip

Worst customer service ever
Ordered on last Thursday, and they haven’t sent out the order this Tuesday. Ignored all my emails and messages, will never buy anything on this website again, strongly disappointed!

It would have been five stars but a few of the
Mangosteens were a bit old and bruised. Not so great for such an expensive fruit.
