Forces Insurance Avis 

I was going to change insurance providers because I found a cheaper deal elsewhere. When I told Forces Insurance, they found me a better deal considering both price and what is included, so I was happy to accept and I am staying with them.

The staff especially, Rebecca were very helpful

Loved it - just what we needed after returning from overseas after more than 2 yrs - honoured our NCB and provided a friendly, helpful and competitive service. After hours of painful searching elsewhere I wish I'd gone here first! One improvement? Please open on a Saturday.

High premium hikes after first year after luring service men/women with promos and deals. slow customer service and a lack of staff make for an overall terrible experience.

If you have 5+ years no claims look elsewhere.

The Forces Insurance website says they have merged with Forces Financial & another entity & the phone number takes you through to Forces Financial. Ignore them & ask to be put through to Forces Insurance - I got offered a better package (more legal cover, keycare included, lower excess) for about £100 cheaper than Forces Financial.

If you're after BFG insurance don't forget to ask for the vehicle to be specified by it VIN/chassis number on the documentation, not its VRN/plate number, otherwise the BFG office won't accept it. You'd think the insurance companies would know this by now wouldn't you, but I had to phone up & get it changed. Minor whinge - otherwise very happy.

First time use of forces insurance, I'd use again.

Of the 2 companies made available to me, this was the cheapest (although in comparison to regular UK car insurance it is more than double in cost!). The telesales person was polite, helpful and efficient and I was able to arrange suitable cover in no time at all.

As per title. Proactive and helpful brokers, who actually offer advice where pertinent and try to ease the admin burden of current legislation and process.

I've been with them for 4 renewals now.
