Forces Insurance Avis 

A very helpful and understanding company. Had issues with my No Claims Discount paperwork as u had been out if Europe for a number of years. Accept my old certificates with out any major issues, unlike the other UK insurance companies that would not even disscuss the issue. A little more expense but worh every penny, better then have 0 no claims

Firstly passed around the houses to 4 different people who couldn't deal with my renewal as I was insuring an expensive car . I had to speak with a certain individual who was a specialist .
Next had to haggle for a decent price .Not brilliant but paid never the less.
Then get home to speak to neighbour with exactly the same car (different colour) to find out he paid 100 pounds less .

Have dealt with Sandip twice now to secure our insurance. Always calls when he says he will, gives clear, concise facts and provides an efficient, hassle free experience.

Easy insurance by phone

I have been based in Germany for 5 years with the Army and had my wife’s car and my own insured with a German insurance company throughout. I contacted Forces Insurance to get a UK based insurer that would accept our German No Claims bonus when we moved back to the UK. The staff that I spoke to were incredibly friendly and helpful and quickly found something that suited our needs. Would happily use again and will recommend to my friends.

Very helpful customer services, even offered that there had been a mistake on the renewal letter and that the premium was in fact less than quoted.

Had cover with this company for the past year. From the initial look, seems like a good deal but certainly went sour quickly!

After having another vehicle shunt my car I contacted the insurers giving them all of the other drivers details, policy numbers and police references. I then waited two weeks for the insurers to contact me with repair details - I ended up calling them to find out what they were going to do with repairing my car.

They then advised me that they would need yet another two weeks to assess the car....and even then they said they would look at writing it off prior to even seeing the minor damage caused by the other vehicle. The advisor on the phone then asked me to provide all of the information that the company had already received, because they hadn't processed it on the system!

The shortfall was that I paid to have my car fixed despite having fully comprehensive insurance (with hire car cover)and been cleared of all liability.

I then decided this year to change insurers (went to Halifax for a proper service). Asked forces insurance to provide me with my no claims bonus 3 weeks ago.....I still am yet to receive either an email attachment or a piece of paper through the post.

My experience has put me off of using tailored forces insurers and I have recommended other companies that are capable of providing the service that you pay for.

Changed my car to another 2 lt and for some reason my insurance has gone up about £300 in the past 2 years, thinks it's disgusting.

I had my steering belt cut therefore I requested the service. They were a bit late due to the peek time but still in average.

My experience was made easy the knowledge of the agent I deal with. I thought of forces insurance as a last ditch effort to get the best deal for my new car. Most things were inclusive and I was covered for pretty much everything I needed for business (armed forces) and pleasure. All of which I could not get from a conventional insurer.

I would certainly recommend Forces Insurance to all my muckers... 100% Rating...

Over all brilliant customer service no problems very helpful answered everything with and explanation so I understood it all good and got me the cover I needed

First year no worries second year I just had a few minutes call to confirm renewal, very straightforward.

First time experience with forces insurance and the staff were brilliant. Made my transition from German to uk insurer so easy. Would recommend to anyone!

You can find a lot of cheaper companies out there, the prices they charge are a rip off. The level of cover is only on par with most standard insurers and they hold BFG to ransom. They did however match my NCD so not all bad (if I did not need this insurance for BFG I could have got two UK policies a lot cheaper, even without a matched NCD elsewhere).

Been with Forces Insurance for 4 years and never had a complaint quick reliable and straight forward.

The politeness of the customer service is exceptionally good. As a customer service, you represent the company. The service provided to me was great with the urgency that was met.

Compared with other companies ForcesInsurance fully understood thecomplications of returning to UK and the BFG system.
Unlike others they found my vehicles easily on line using my DVLA registrations or chassis numbers. Patient, quick and polite all documentation arrived on line and by post very quickly.

They offer you so much stuff! The first year is kinda expansive if you have 0 years calmes or under the age of 25! But they where not the cheapest for a first car. But due to all the extras you get and they said after I get my first 1 year no calmes they will be cheaper by a fair bit so well worth going through the first year! They even give you bissness Incurance for free and cover you on all military bases! Glad I choose them! And looking forward to see what they offer me next year! Also 2 months free!!!!
