The idea for “FORE” Business came about in 2013 when the founders, Sean Fergusson & Arron Busst, met at a local networking event and got talking about golf as a common interest. They soon got round to talking about the business successes they had on the golf course. It became clear business and golf has always unofficially gone hand in hand. The green being the perfect ‘playing field’ for important business meetings, discussions and negotiations to take place; so “FORE” Business was born with the thought, ‘what better way to encourage successful business relationships, than to create an actual members club for business owners who enjoy golf and love to network?’. "FORE" Business now has over 1700 members across 120 groups that are part of our ever growing community. Our groups meet every month across the UK, USA, Spain and Dubai and we have seen in excess of £250 million pounds worth of new business being shared on and off the golf course. I've been part of Fore for nine years, it's more than paid for itself, I've been able to help others by introducing them to my clients and contacts and I've played the odd decent round of golf....plenty of not so decent ones as well !

Guilt free golf
I've been member of Fore for over 5 years - the reason I'm still a member is because they are a great bunch of supportive people; always good fun to play with and a very mixed bunch of businesses. I have a raft of people I can call on for services like accountancy, legal, financial, building, coaching, whatever. I also get referrals from members who know vehicle operators for my business, Fleet Management (The DW Consultancy). Flexi membership means I can move around the country to play other members and courses. Tip: it takes time to build good working relationships, so work at it. Guilt-free golf - what's not to like!

Brilliant Networking!
I have been a FORE Business member for over two years now at the Basingstoke and Newbury Group. FORE offers a perfect blend of networking and golf. Four hours on a golf course really is a great way to get to know someone and decide whether you would like to do business with them or not. I have met some great people through FORE and would highly recommend FORE to anyone who wants a more relaxed version of networking.

After 9 years, it still helps my revenue flow.
Been a part of this for +9 years, and it continues to deliver clients, community and connection. As a Speaking coach working on client generation and retention, (Google Speak and Serve) Fore puts me directly in touch with senior decision makers, and people they know.

Fantastic Networking Group
Having joined Fore Business just over 18 months ago I wasn’t sure what to expect. The set up is incredible, the opportunity to connect with other like minded business owners is great, the groups are friendly and extremely helpful. I have not only had business opportunities from the main group I’m in but also referrals into their wider network. It’s a great networking group to be a part of and you get to play some golf along the way too. Best decision I made was joining the Fore network.

Grow your network (and networth)
As business owners we are always on, facing challenges daily, often learning through failure and struggling to balance own health with driving a business. How about learning from others experiences, having some time out, but time that might generate business and at very least give you some perspectives and grow a network of like minded people, and getting your steps in! Many challenges aren’t sector related, nearly all businesses are relationship lead. So improve your golf, grow your network, sleep better and learn from others. That’s Fore in a nutshell for me. This week I attended a national event played with a smashing lad, who’s business and mine look like we can do some cracking business, and what’s more having spent 5hrs with him, I know if nothing else I have new member of my network and I am sure we will help each other in the future.

Works Very Well For Me
Been a member of Fore for nearly seven years now. Monthly networking events and national events as well as online networking and all come with a game of golf. The golf is worth the membership fee, the networking and community is a big dollop of icing on the cake.
