I attended the clinic for a skin analysis. I walked in and it was quite busy (good sign) with multiple consultants at the desk ready to help. I waited 15 mins to have the analysis and between 30-45 mins for the consult with a consultant. Whilst my consultant was polite, I felt that my time was rushed and I was being advised to undertake procedures I didn’t want to take. I felt like the procedures weren’t explain in depth or provided with different options. I probably wouldn’t return next time.

Best staffs that can communicate well in English throughout entire procedures would recommend if you plan to visit as a group too as they have larger private rooms

I have never felt so much pain and horror during any cosmetic procedure. I understand the doctors are on a time-slot for each patient and it’s part of the reason treatments are cheaper. Regardless I would still expect a doctor to stop injecting when a client asks for a break because of pain. But she just continued and I was left genuinely feeling violated and crying, she just left the room without even saying goodbye or sorry.

Was my first visit to forena clinic and it was a great experience. Staffs were friendly, attentive easy to cmunnicate in english. I had my consultation eith Miso she took time to listen to my concerns and recommended treatments that accurately matched with it. She insisted me to take time thinking about it instead of pressuring or upselling. During each procedure translator Terry kept checking on me to make sure if everythings ok.

The building is impressive, and the front staff are courteous. However, I regret spending the amount I did on the “treatments.” To this day, I have no clear understanding of what procedures I actually received. The sales consultant was focused solely on upselling, and I’m grateful my husband was there to help me see through that. I had specifically scheduled a consultation with a doctor, but at the last minute, I was informed that he would not be available. As for the treatments, the lack of English-speaking staff made it impossible for me to get answers to my questions. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone.

As someone with a darker skin tone compared to normal Asian skin tone forena clinic was a perfect fit for me. They explained what I can or can’t do with my skin type and recommended alternatives for the ones I can’t do instead of pushing or upwelling. I would recommend forena to people who has dark skin tones like me.
