What a superb company. After the initial visit by the site engineer, they managed to increase the amount of panels they could install on my roof. From the time the roofers and electricians arrived it was just a blur of action from start to finish, roofers three hours, electricians seven hours (they had some difficult cable runs to install). After the installation was completed the senior electrician walked me through the whole system and helped me set up the App to run the system (I am a pensioner and not all that confidant with Apps and such like). Finally, all of the work team would answer any question, no matter how stupid they would seem to be, fully and simply. I would recommend Forever Green Energy to anyone who wanted a cost effective, excellent , efficient PV and battery installation done.

Had a solar PV and battery system installed by Forever Green Renewables back in 2019. The panels have been fine, but one of the batteries developed a fault this year. I flagged it to them at the end of April, followed up again in mid and late May with no response, and by early June still had no repair or replacement scheduled despite the fault being confirmed by SolaX and the battery still being within its 7-year warranty.

Calls have gone unanswered and emails have gone days or weeks without a reply. For a fault covered under warranty, I'd expect a far more responsive service, especially given it's meant a battery sitting unused through the summer months when it should be doing the most work.

Happy to update this review if it gets resolved, but as it stands I can't recommend them for after-sales support.

This company do actually fit in the "it does exactly what it says on the tin" category. Fair price, lots of info, installation worked very well. Very happy.

Absolutely first‑class service from start to finish. The back‑office team were incredibly helpful throughout the process, and the installation team were outstanding — friendly and highly professional. They completed the entire solar and battery installation in just five hours and the workmanship is excellent. A brilliant experience all round and I’d highly recommend them.

Thoughtful, knowledgeable advice was provided during system design in order to maximise output of the PV panels. Office staff were helpful when I called. Installation was carried out according to the agreed schedule by professional and capable staff (roofers and electricians). The company offers high quality systerm components at a reasonable price. Overall, very satisfied with the service provided at a competitive price and with no pressure to sign up.

Forever Green Energy just installed my solar and battery, they were very efficient and polite. They know what they were doing and explained everything to me. The office followed up with a call to check everything was ok. Very good customer experience and happy to recommend.

Forever Green did a great job installing solar panels on my grade 2 listed house. They found a planner to help get the process though planning permission, and adjusted the plans many times accordingly. And were consistently helpful and creative. And then they did a great job to get them up. So if you have a complex job, they are the right team for you.

Top class local company got recommended to use them by two mates. well they have lived up to expectations. Easy to understand and communicate with on quote, installation and after service has been excellent. Installers could not have been more helpful or professional. Very good customer service throughout. Installation team were courteous and tidy. Slight issue on installation that was resolved within a week. Would recommend to any one looking for a solar installer in the area.

Forever Green fitted a solar system in my garden, also 2 batteries.
The job was completed quickly and the engineers could not have been more helpful.
Also staff were very helpful with a planning issue we had.

The commuication was excellent, the team arrived on time , they were all friendly and helpful, the install of 13 solar panels and battery was completed 6 hours , everything was left as found ,very clean and tidy

We have been very happy with the design and installation of our new solar project. The team were responsive, listening to our needs and red lines, suggesting 3 alternative strategies which were then further refined. The installation team were likewise friendly, responsive and tidy working hard to complete the install on time.
We felt the office team could have communicated project events more clearly, for instance a delay due to reapplying for the DNO approval was not flagged, the arrival of a safety net installer surprised us, and it wasn't clear who in the office was responsible for what. It all came good in the end however, and we are very satisfied with the end result, and that we have a good system to see us into the future, with long guarantees

From the initial quoting experience to the installation, Forever Green have excelled my expectations. The installation team where absolutely brilliant and had the system up and running in a few hours. They were polite and courteous and cleaned up after they had finish. They spent time explaning how it all worked and asured me that if there were any issues they would be on hand to help.
