There was a small misunderstanding of the location of this business, and the website is still being improved. Foreverkidz is only a small business situated in a home environment, located in Western Australia, and the owners are the kindest, and some of the most understanding I have dealt with. This business is just starting out and doing a huge job delivering Australia wide. They use a very reputable courier Aramax, Once I contacted the people and explained my problem, it was only the matter of delivery time, and my order reached its destination a little later because of where the business is situated. Now I know this, I had no problem. I ordered the Penguin Theme Hamper and a Personalised Bunny for our new great neice. My Neice was absolutely over the moon with this beautiful gift. I received a call from Foreverkidz making sure we received everything and were happy. I read through some of the other reviews and found that people thought the business was a scam/ fraudulent. This business is neither of those. If there was a problem with your order, there are better ways to fix it other than accusations of fraud on line. I would recommend to all my family and friends to purchase from this business, its up to you to investigate and ensure you find out everything about the business you are purchasing from. All the items I received in this order are great quality and everything was correct.

First of all rate is High. Worst customer service.They dont reply at all. Someone should complaint to cyber to close this site.I got cheated for 4000 rupees. I returned the dress for poor quality and they did not refund.

Forever kidz is a fraud company. Their Customer support team is very rude and they don't even bother if you are giving bad review or filing complain.

Quality of the clothes is crappy and cheap. Refund process is so slow. It's like begging someone to give you back your own money. I have shopped with a 1000 online stores and Buying from them is like punishing yourself. No company has an exchange process as tedious and lengthy as theirs. The customer service almost never responds and they keep telling you your refund is in process. I would never ever go back to them for another purchase nor would I recommend them to anyone.

My Order FK7987 was placed on 25th August & it's been 25 days that i have'nt received the product however in the tracking system it shows 'Delivered'. Nobody responds on phone or email. Initially they said they will check & get back & they never got back & they stopped responding also. Foreverkidz is a completely fraud company. Pls never buy anything from them. I think all the good reviews are uploaded by their own team members to cheat.

Fake representation of photos in listing. 3rd class customer support. Don't buy from this website..they are cheating us and making buyers fool showing wrong images and actual items. Please be aware...We ordered Gray Dress with Matching Hair Band but they didn't send hair band saying that it's only for picture. Never Trust on Such Websites as customer support is very irritating and helpless. Very much disappointed. Customer support says you can leave bad review also and it doesn't affect us at all.

My order ID is FK6523 . I placed the order on 1st of July and today is 15th till now I haven’t received the product. This is completely ridiculous if you don’t get any update from the website. If you try to call them they don’t pick . If you mail them they don’t reply. It’s pathetic to have such fraud companies like foreverkidz in existence. I am planning to go to consumer forum.

The dress was awesome my kid loved it so much the fitting was also great . It was also very eye contacting loved it thank you forever kids .
