Poor communication and failure to deliver on time
Order was due for delivery Fri 28th June.... Didn't turn up until Wed 3rd July. Had to call twice to chase the order. Poor service!

Apologies regards your bad experience – it’s completely unacceptable. I have looked into this and our internal process from receiving your web order to booking in with our transport/sales team has failed on this occasion. This has now been reviewed and a new system has been implemented to stop this in future. Really impressed with the service from Fort, easy to use website and materials turned up at the time requested.

The whole team were extremely helpful, from months ago when planning the order, waiting quite a while before I was ready to get the job done, very friendly and reactive. Even warned me when I accidentally paid an invoice twice.
