Disappointing exeperience
Our experience with this company was unfortunately below expectations.
Communication: Some of my questions before the event were never answered. On the event day, the photobooth was installed too early, before the backdrop decor was ready, and no one was present to ensure correct setup.
Software: The booth software is very slow – after the first 3 photos, guests had to wait a long time before they could start a new session, which caused a queue and made people lose interest.
Quality: After we repositioned the booth, the framing was still not ideal: tall guests had their heads cut off, close-up shots were overexposed, and printed photos looked much worse than the online gallery (oversaturated colors, unnatural tones).
Customer care: A company specializing in photobooths should offer proactive recommendations or adjustments when they see that the client is unhappy, to make sure the end result meets expectations.
This service has potential, but they need to improve communication, setup coordination, software speed, and print quality.
