Tweemaal een mail gestuurd om iets te retourneren. Geen enkele reactie. Betalen ging heel snel.

Bestellung u.a. von einem Set mit drei Filmen und Chemie dazu. Im Paket waren nur zwei Filme vorhanden. Mails diesbezüglich wurden komplett ignoriert. Letztlich Teilerstattung per Paypal erhalten, da auch auf Nachrichten/Nachfragen über diese Plattform nicht reagiert wurde. Paypal hat es dann entschieden...

Nach meiner Bestellung im Webshop habe ich nur eine Vorabbestätigung erhalten, mit dem Hinweis dass ich innerhalb eines Tages eine verbindliche Bestellbestätigung sowie das Lieferdatum mitgeteilt bekomme. Nach nun einer Woche ist das immer noch nicht geschehen. Auf meine E-Mails wird nicht reagiert. Beim Versuch den Kundendienst telefonisch zu erreichen, habe ich nach fast 20 Minuten aufgegeben. Das Geld scheint weg zu sein.

Vorweg: Als analoges Fotofachgeschäft hervorragend ausgestattet.

Was die Entwicklung und Scans betrifft wird leider unordentlich und nicht gewissenhaft bearbeitet. Zum wiederholten Male habe ich innerhalb von einigen Monaten an beiden Enden in der Mitte durchtrennte Negative bzw. Diapositive erhalten. Weiterhin wurden Scans teils nicht wie bestellt geliefert (zu geringe Auflösung etc.). Der Diafilm enthält außerdem einen krassen Rotstich, da beim Processing ebenfalls sehr unsauber gearbeitet wurde.

An anderer Stelle war der Film, aus mir unbekannten Gründen, leider leer. Aufgrund der vorangegangenen Vorkommnisse habe ich auch da das Vertrauen verloren, dass es nicht am Labor liegen könnte.

All diese Dinge sind für sich genommen kein Problem und ich kann gut verstehen, dass mal Fehler unterlaufen. Ich schreibe diese Bewertung ungern, aber andererseits kann es einfach nicht sein, dass dermaßen schlampig gearbeitet wird.
Telefonisch ist Fotoimpex nicht erreichbar, die Beantwortung von Emails bleibt ungewiss. Allein das hätte von meiner Seite aus schon zur Klärung und Mitigation beigetragen.

Leider kann ich das Geschäft überhaupt nicht mehr empfehlen.

Ich bestelle seit 6 Jahren ALLES zum Thema Analogfotografie bei Fotoimpex. Chemie, Kleinbild, Rollfilm, Archivierung, Entwicklungstanks, Zubehör und und und... Die Bestellungen kommen immer in maximal 2-3 Tagen an, die Preise sind extrem fair und wenn mal ein Artikel falsch beliefert wird (ist mir bei circa 20 Bestellungen nur mit einem Artikel passiert) war der Umtausch super unproblematisch. Auch der Kundenservice am Telefon ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, was der ein oder andere hier für Erfahrungen beschreibt aber Fakt ist, dass mein ganzer analoger Freundeskreis die Bude liebt. Weiter so!

Still waiting on my order to be send, no response from their customer service.

Placed a large order. One item was out of stock and would arrive a week later. Then the package would be send.

First, this item took way longer to be in stock. Now weeks later I get an email that the stock has changed. Now the item I was waiting for is in stock, but another item on the list is not anymore. Why don’t they reserve the other items??? Now I have to wait for another 3 weeks.

Very disapointed, especially as there is zero communication about this. I really needed the camera parts I ordered and now waiting for several weeks already.

Liefert falsche Filme, kann Rollfilm und Kleinbildfilm nicht auseinanderhalten. Bietet Nachlieferung an, die
Versandkosten soll ich tragen. So nicht .
Gesamte Sendung geht zurück.

Letztendlich waren die Fotoartikel (Filme) einwandfrei, nur am Bestellvorgang hapert es. Die Kreditkarte wurde sofort belastet, da waren die Filme noch gar nicht ausgeliefert. Nicht nachvollziehbar ist auch die generelle Berechnung von Versandkosten bei Zahlung mit Kreditkarte (Warenwert ca. 190.-) trotz Überschreitung der Lieferkostenfreigrenze von 99.-. Zitat: "So holen wir die Kreditkartengebühren wieder rein". Na dann. Es gibt auch andere Lieferanten würde ich sagen....

Only bought from them online but the range of products, availability and delivery has been excellent. Hope to visit the shop one day.

Vor über zwei Wochen einen Film zur Entwicklung abgegeben, der 2-4 Tage dauern sollte. Bisher immer noch keine Scans erhalten. Schwere telefonische Erreichbarkeit und auf Mails wird nur sporadisch geantwortet. Ich werde hier nicht mehr hingehen.

An sich gute Auswahl und die Preise sind okay. Aber die Lieferzeiten sind einfach wirklich ein Zustand. Wenn man alle Zeit der Welt hat und nur seinen Bestand aufstocken will ist alles tutti. Wenn man wirklich auf seine Ware wartet ist es keine gute Erfahrung.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die entwickelten Filme lassen aber zu wünschen übrig. Meine hatten eine viel zu hohe Farbsättigung...

Thank you FotoImpex for having Europe's most largest stock for my needed analogue photography products, sharp priced and shipping out fast, also outside of Germany! Being based in the Netherlands I'll keep on coming back to you.

eine Bearbeitungszeit von 5 Werktagen für eine Bestellung empfinde ich einfach für zu lang, zumal bei den Artikeln (alle verfügbar) eine Lieferzeit von 1-3 Tagen angegeben wurde.

Meine Bestellung liegt schon etwas zurück. Aber ich will es trotzdem noch hier reinschreiben.
Ich war sehr zufrieden mit Bestellung und Lieferung.

Versandkosten werden nicht wie angegeben ab einem bestimmten Warenwert erstattet. Daraufhin kein Antwort auf mein mail.
War die letzte Bestellung dort.

Well I could say so many Bad things about this shop... I think its time to share them.

I was a regular customer for around 6 months. I was buying all my film there and also Dev-Scanning. After a big bunch of bad experiences being treated really bad (mainly by the long hair old man but also other employees) I really promise myself to avoid spending my money there.

Yesterday I needed to buy just one roll of Cinestill 400D and I was one minute away from the shop so I check the website to see if the film was available and it was so I went. When I arrived I noticed they change the distribution of the shop and all the 3 employees were new to me, I had a good feeling in that moment that lasted just a few seconds.

After waiting for my turn I politely ask for a roll of Cinestill 400D and I pointed with my hand where it was since I could see it from the counter. Then the employee looked at the shelf and told me that it was not available, then I told her yes they were there to which she replied no that it was 120 and not 35mm. ( I could see from the counter there were 35mm).

So then I told her that I had looked on the web and that it was available to which he told me that they had not updated it.. All cheap lies. She simply didn't want to sell me the film for whatever reason that crossed her mind and it's not the first time this has happened to me here.

I have solid conclusions after more than 30 visits over the months.

1-Racism is there in many shapes. They treat you different according to your nationality. Yes, this happens here. In a Analog Photography Shop in the city center of Berlin.

2-But not only that, the long hair old guy treats you different if you are male or female, I have seen it many times.

3-They don´t sell you products that are available maybe for the reasons above.

4- They lost films and negatives pretty often. No apologies. Never. Is always customers fault.

5- 90% of the times they treat you with arrogance with bad manners.

Something is really wrong here. its very Sad.

I rather prefer to take photos with my phone than spend my money here.

I received help from the sweetest young girl, who took her time helping me pick out the right film for my analog camera, and even teaching me how to load the camera and checking in the dark chamber to see, if everything worked as it should. Perfect english too!

Montags bestellt und bezahlt (zu Höchstpreisen). Freitags kam erst die Ankündigung. Das wird wohl nichts mehr vor meinem Urlaub. War ein kleiner Kodak film.
