I take my dog Narla regular here to be groomed. She’s used to the staff which are lovely.she comes home smelling lovely and beautifully groomed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else Angie

Our cockapoo Oscar really dislikes attending grooming and it is always very stressful for us all. Today Rachel at 4-Paws, Cuddington was amazing. She met us really early so it was quiet and let me stay while she groomed him. I think they are going to get on really well! Rachel obviously loves her job and has a fantastic relationship with the dogs. Thank you so much Rachel and also to Sophie on the desk who spent ages listening to me explain about how upset Oscar gets.

Took my puppy for first grooming. The groomer was abrupt and aggressive and I should have just walked out there and then. I felt pressured into having my pup groomed and was made to feel like a terrible dog owner as my she was a little matted. I left in tears! If that’s their customer service to a first time customer I will not be walking through Four Paws door ever again. I returned two hours later to pick up my unrecognisable puppy. I think they took her down to the local farmer to be sheared along with the sheep. She has one ear longer than the other and straggly bits of hair on her ears. They over charged me as they have a de-matting fee when they never attempted to de-mat her as they shaved her. A complete and utter rip off. Again went home in tears.

Send my dog 3 times a week and I have always had a pleasent experience, the staff are friendly & helpful. They have a large area for the dogs which is a must for me. My dog is always willing and happy to go each day for daycare.
